I cannot express enough how genuinely pleased I am with the customer service I received from the ZSF Hair Team. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make sure my experience was smooth and stress-free. Now, let’s talk about the hair itself — WOW! The quality completely exceeded my expectations. The lace is a beautiful 13x13 transparent lace that blends seamlessly with my skin and looks incredibly natural once installed. The hair is true to length ( I got a 28” loose wave which absolutely could pass off as a 30”) unbelievably soft, and had no strange smell whatsoever, which is always a huge plus. As soon as I washed and styled it, I could tell this was premium quality hair. The curls held perfectly and stayed bouncy and full of life even after styling — absolutely stunning.

Overall, I am beyond happy with both the exceptional customer service and the amazing product quality. ZSF Hair has definitely earned a loyal customer in me, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know.
