Hello John,

Do not feel bad about the deal which we had. Look if you take a fabric to any other place then that manufacturer or weaver will always say that the fabric is not genuine because they want customers for themselves. Moreover, Cambodia does have manufacturers but they are nowhere as compared to India (weavers and textile mills in India are huge).

1. ZS Fabrics supplies Organic, Eco-friendly fabrics as well as the non-organic fabrics (huge range) worldwide, sourcing the fabrics from certified textile mills where the fabrics are manufactured according to specified rules/norms of Textiles and Labor industry.

1.2 ZS Fabrics has got all the valid documents/certificates which show the genuineness of the work but ZS Fabrics itself cannot forward them because it has not been authorized to do so. Only fabric manufacturers (certified by the authorities) can provide such documents. Unfortunately, we cannot connect you with the textile mills because they do not indulge in retailing or let us say that the textile mills do not indulge in Third party selling (3P). Ecological Plant Fiber Certification (EPFC) is used for organic, plant-based fabrics, including innovative and sustainable materials like Rose, Orange or Lotus fabric. It is an independent certification that reviews the entire manufacturing process of the fabric, including material sourcing, testing, and facility inspections to ensure safety and quality standards and verifies that the textiles are sustainable and biodegradable. EPFC is often cited alongside other certifications like GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and OEKO-TEX.

.3 Our manufacturers have all the right policies against forced labor, child labor, abuse, and insufficient wages — and they work nearly as hard on keeping their product organic/eco-friendly. Their factories are frequently inspected and certified. Of course business and deals are done under “Fair Trade Certification” ensuring decent working conditions with the responsibility of protecting biodiversity, the environment, and developing organic farming.

2. Disclaimer to Organic fabrics

(a) Guarantee vis-a-vis quality specifications. If any customer observes anything lacking, he/she is free to get such fabric tested by any recognized laboratory and the report may be sent to us immediately for further appropriate necessary action.

3. Responsibility for any deviation in regard to claimed specifications of the fabrics supplied by ZS Fabrics lies solely and wholly with the manufacturers of such fabrics. In case of any doubt, customers of ZS Fabrics can, on their own, get the fabrics tested from a recognized and established laboratory and if the report reveals inconsistencies with the said specifications, the same may be forwarded to ZS Fabrics for further appropriate action.

4 However, to maintain a healthy business relationship, document/s are provided to customers at the time of Purchase but MOQ is at least 100 meters for that purpose (TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION SHEET, Ecological Plant Fiber Certification) so that the customers feel secured.
