I’ve never been this disappointed with an online purchase. The dress looked nothing like the photos—it felt like a bedsheet badly sewn into a dress, and yet it was priced like a high-quality item.

To make it worse, it arrived damaged, and customer service has been a nightmare. I contacted them right away for a return, but they’ve been unresponsive and slow. No clear instructions, no resolution.

This company clearly doesn’t care about quality or customers. Save your money and avoid shopping here!

Shit service - have not received my order and despite requesting a refund 3 times I have not received either. Do not buy from this site!!!!

Update August 2025 - after telling me 3 times my delivery is still in transit - now they’re telling me they have delivered my order, and will not provide evidence - I have not received the product and paid them a lot of money for it! 😞

SCAM
Do not buy from here. Ordered a jacket that looked NOTHING like the one online (cheap and thin material with defects on it)
Tried 5 different ways to contact them for a refund, no answer. It’s impossible to contact them

Scammed. The materials and quality do not resemble those in the online store in any way. They actually use super cheap materials and the overall quality feels like shit. Fo example, it has the thinnes of a smoking paper, i have seen homeless people with better quality laces than this brand, not even hiding the non-sewed borders. OVERALL SCAM
