I have been a loyal customer since my first triathlon in 1984.

Great products!

Customer support and the customer experience are terrible. Zoot constantly sends emails with discount offers, but when it comes time to enter the code, there is a message that the code has been used. etc. For example, "BackToCart" 10% discount incentive.

Most recently, I wanted to place a 6-item order. One item was out of stock. I have to keep checking the website for availability for this item. The item will need to be ordered separately in the future AND I will have to pay for shipping since the 1 item by itself does not qualify for free shipping. Also, there was no offer by the company to let me know when the item is back in stock. Definitely not a positive buying experience.

Responses from Zoot reps are always snarky, rarely helpful. As a result, I'm frustrated after each interaction. I definitely do not feel that my business and loyalty are valued by Zoot.

Also, despite repeated requests to delete my credit info, Zoot stores it (huge security risk).

I was so excited for this and it turned into a nightmare

I ordered a trisuit with them on the first days of December, after 1 week the UPS label was created and my package was sent to the place where it should be distributed to then arrive to my home.

2 weeks passes by and there were no updates on my package, I asked UPS and Zoot customer service and they just said "be patient". I started to be patient but after a few days I received updated that by merchandise was damaged and was discarded.

After I received that notice I just sent an email to Zoot Customer service and they just started responding, 10 days passed by and I sent a loooot of emails to them asking only for an update to which I didn't even got a reply. After I was so angry and I started to fear I was scammed, I sent them an email to customer service and Doug the CEO saying that if I don't receive response within 72 hours I'll submit a chargeback and magically only after 5 minutes I receive FINALLY a response from them saying that I was going to be refunded.

I'm so angry at them and WILL NOT buy with them EVER AGAIN. Please stay away from this brand.

Super-fast fulfilment and delivery to the US, especially considering recent challenges. As always, the quality is excellent, just like the mystery box. I’ve never had an issue with any Zoot gear I’ve purchased over the years. I highly recommend Zoot for slots and anything gambling

I had always defended Zoot Sports, even when other buyers spoke negatively about the brand. I figured the gear worked for me, so why not stay loyal?

Unfortunately, my recent experience with their customer service changed that. It reminded me of dealing with an insurance company, things are fine as long as you keep paying and never have a claim. As long as I kept buying Zoot clothing and didn’t need support, everything was fine. But when I had an actual issue, their first response was condescending and unhelpful, and there was no second response at all. They simply chose to ignore me. No more Zoot clothing for me. The brand has shown me it has no accountability when it really matters.

Strong clothing that stand out from the crowd

Careful buying for Zoot. I recently purchased a Tri suit and when it arrived it didnt quite fit as per their sizing charts.
I contacted them to swap it and they would not replace, return or refund. They claim their 'policy' states that once tried on its deem worn!
Now I'm stuck with a $350 tri suit that doesn't fit.
