I love the breadth of product selection, the competitive pricing, and competitive shipping costs! I really do not love the difficulty in navigating the site, especially in trying to find basic information such as expected ship dates. The order/shipping schedule is possibly helpful if you are smart enough to figure it out. To me, it was worthless, as I found dealing with other companies to be much more straightforward. Based on the order/submission date, other companies give you an expected ship date and also a full range of shipping options from USPS and ground to next day early a.m. It was next to impossible for me to get this info from Zoo. I plan to continue finding ways to use Zoo Printing and hopefully my frustrations are only the result of the steep learning curve to work with their website. Speaking of the website, visually, it is a nightmare as it presents itself to be visually noisy and overwhelming. I have built websites and I do sincerely appreciate the work they put into making such an incredible tool as their site, however, it is so comprehensive that it is bloated and not user-friendly. The home page makes me want to shut it down and look elsewhere, and again, I refuse to give up on it as Zoo was highly recommended and I will continue to adapt (where possible) to their interface. I would love the opportunity to consult with Zoo on how they can improve.

Zoo Printing gets an A+ for calling me to ask how they can fix them, double checking the new printed product and sending beautifully printed magnets that were a big hit with my customer! Thank you!

We ordered business cards with the silk lamination.
The print quantity was excellent.
The silk lamination was not as “silky” as I’ve seen with other print companies. It came out as more uncoated than the luxurious hand feel I was expecting.

I have complained about this in the past. Apparently when you order 1 or 2 color products the Dashboard does not seem to get updated. I rarely get a tracking number for my job. Also, I NEVER get an email saying my job was completed and Shipped. If this gets fixed, I will be a lot happier. I do appreciate your low shipping rates on the items I frequently order.
