Not consistent with shipping dates and constant problems with orders through automated systems, you guys got to get your stuff back together and stop making it so hard for the staff on the phones. You can't even connect with the representative anymore there's not even any direct extension, I think we're back in the Stone Age.

I was told I could use a PO box, but I couldn't
I was told I could use a PO box, for the address (only for billing purposes), but when I went to my account, it said right under the address field that I couldn't use a PO Box (I just wanted to use it as a "Shipping FROM" address)
