Big mistake!! I bought an xbox series s that was" as new " from zontech.ma and the only thing that was "as new" was the console , the controllers were sooo dirty and obviously so used , they both had stick drift ,and yet when i texted him abt it in less than 24 hours , he said " their policy says that stick drift is not their responsibility after i use it " HOW in the world could i know if there is a stick drift if i dont test it??? The customer service was NOT good at all ,i was soo upset , and the man wasnt polite. He said he can replace them with new ones , but i have to pay for it ... although its not my fault they have stick drift , i showed him all videos of the testing of controllers ,how drity they were ,and he kept giving me ridiculous excuses. He also said " you bought it used ,so ofc this is how its gonna be" and there where i got even more upset , what does he mean used?? On the website it said " as new " used and as new are two completely different things ,which is very unacceptable, the only thing that was in a good condition was the console but the controllers were really messed up , yet he didnt take full responsibility, and he was quite rude by acting as if he is doing me a favor by giving me the money back and giving him the whole thing back (plus i paid for the delivery) and he did give me the money back that is something i will say ,but before that he did say something like " well we usually dont give money back but some ppl are stubborn so we just give them their money back "
This process took me 3 days of being so fusturated and trying to find a solution, and yet after he receives the console he sends me a video showing that the controller "is fine" through some kind of website ,saying that there is no issues with it and he doesnt know why i kept saying it had stick drift. why would he check stick drift in a website , when he can check it through the actual console?? I litterally showed him video of how it had a stick drift yet he totally ignored that trying to... idk make me believe its all just me ? My brother checked it too and we grew up using consoles so we arent stupid . I would never ever buy anything from them ever again , horrible experience, poor customer service

Mauvais service après vente.

I ordered a gaming PC and I was waiting for the store owner to deliver it to me for a month, he kept telling me that some parts are out of stock, I was disappointed, so I asked him if the PS5 was available and ready for delivery and he told me that it was available and able to deliver it soon, after I received the PS5 it was very dirty, the box was broken, even the PS5 was dirty and looked like it had been used before, but not sure, I was planning to gift it to my nephew, when I opened the box for my nephew he was disappointed.
