10/10 Great service, great product, great price
I've been a Zolemba customer since they were LabelDiscounter and long before they opened up the UK warehouse. The service has consistently been excellent - the quality of the product is exactly the right balance between premium and price, and the customer service is great. Special shout out to Loralee, who has been fantastic - no matter what I ask for (special orders, pallets, measurements et al) it is never a problem and everything always turns up exactly when it is promised. I would recommend Zolemba (and frequently do).

UK business' stay away
We ordered from the website to a Northern Ireland address. The order processed and payment sent etc. Informed afterwards of an issue with transit and that the order could not be sent to us due to issues with Brexit. Given it is almost 5 months after the transition and the courier (DHL) could not resolve this we are now having a refund. I would recommend that UK business' stay away from this company as it is lost time for both them and the client, at least for the time being.

DHL and Customs are experiencing bigger queues than usual since Brexit, which is causing unavoidable delays with the delivery of your order. We are doing everything we can in our power to mitigate these delays. I would like to advise you to keep a lookout for the email from Customs via TransGlobal regarding their import VAT. Once this has been settled, your order is will be released to DHL to continue delivery.

The shipping experience wasn't great
The shipping experience wasn't great - mostly because of difficulty to track the items accurately. The company is very good, and the items will arrive. Just allow a week or so. The process is that DHL pass the items to Trans Global to collect customs charges, and Trans Global then pass the items back to DHL UK to deliver them. So the tracking is hard to follow, as the items disappear from the tracking at one end, and then reappear on the tracking once the customs charges have been paid. The DHL parts are quick, the bit in the middle with Trans Global is slow. The label printer works fine on Windows 10, but was designed in a pre Windows 10 era, so it was a bit clunky to set up, but once set up it works fine. The support and replies from the Zolemba were great during the shipping.

Got there in the end!
I initially left a one star review after waiting a month for my order not to turn up, and getting no customer service response after days of trying. However, since leaving that review and Loralee getting personally involved, it was only fair to change this review due to the service she offered. The order was a complete nightmare from start to finish, getting lost, delivering to the wrong address, but Loralee was in full contact and help get the issue resolved. Although it did take 6 weeks to eventually get my order, which isn't ideal, somethings are uncontrollable, and Loralee helped with whatever she could.

As conversed in private email, a separate tracking link was sent to you that is linked with your customs documents. When an order is with Customs, they contact you via email directly regarding import VAT fees. This step is vital for your order to proceed with delivery. Since you haven't received this email from TransGlobal, DHL advises that you, as the recipient of the parcel, contact them directly for a quicker response from them.
We value your customer satisfaction as a priority and hope that Customs can progress your order through with the delivery as soon as possible.

BE CAREFUL IMPORT DUTIES
I placed an order and all went smoothly. I have just got a huge customer import bill to pay. This is not made clear when placing the order and has actually made the order quite expensive.

Thank you for expressing your feedback and valid concerns.
With all the new changes surrounding Brexit this year, import VAT and customs entry duty is indeed now mandatory. As much as we'd like to help, this is out of our hands since this is settled by UK Customs. We do not have any influence on their procedures nor are we affiliated with them, as they are a separate entity from us.
We, however, have arranged it so that all UK orders (with a VAT number added) will be able to reclaim VAT. Shipment is sent with incoterm DDU. We do not charge you VAT on your orders so that you would be able to reclaim this back with your VAT organization.

Brexit Issues resolved in style!
With Zolemba not being based in the U.K. the Brexit issues became apparent on the order with the shipping companies asking for fees for import and paperwork even though no duty or fees should be charged (not frictionless borders).
After initial issues Zolemba UK handled this with class and professionalism, in particular Loralee who has been first class in her customer service and support.
We initially left a bad review but this was not of Zolemba's doing and it is in fact BREXIT issues - Thanks so much to Zolemba for rectifying things in a very professional manner.
