This website is a scam!!! I ordered the Donna Karan strapless ruffled A line gown and received a dress that looks nothing like it. The dress I received looks cheaply made - like handmade; it has no tags, it looks worn/used. When I reached out to them and showed them photos they want to offer me 15% discount to buy something else from them. WHY would I do that when they can't even send me the dress that I ordered? I have already filed a fraud report with the Federal Trade Commission. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!

scam. The company advertises that they ship within the US, but it is all conducted from China and they won't let you return. If I had received what I ordered, at least, I wouldn't be so upset, but it was a laughable comparison to what I thought was ordered. Not the same thing... just a similar, ugly, cheap idea of what I ordered. I wish I would have searched harder for reviews. completely misleading.

This is a scam company. I ordered a linen boho dress for a beach wedding and recieved a chiffon items that didn't resemble the dress and was poor quality. It was not a designer dress at all, look like it was made by a home seamstress with horrible sewing skills. When I requested a refund they offered a store credit and not for full price only a percentage of what I actually paid. I would never buy from this site again. I am still fighting for a full refund.

21 Jul, I ordered a red maxi dress from the website. There was a pop up message about a price adjustment after the order so I clicked to accept not realizing that I placed an order for two of the same dresses. Immediately after I emailed and asked for the second one to be canceled and the rep said no because it has been processed and left the facility.
22 Jul I received a tracking number for the items ordered.
27 July I emailed the company to find out why the tracking information had not been updated since 22 July. No response received.
28 July I emailed again. No response received.
31 July, a rep finally responded and said that the tracking # is in fact working.
2 August the package was finally delivered.
3August I tried on the item and immediately realized that the dress received was not as depicted on the website. I received a midi dress, the website depicted a maxi. I’m 5”7 140lbs. I emailed the company stating that I would like to return the item. I got a response asking for the reason so that they can better assist me.
4 August I responded stating that the item is not floor skimming as depicted on the website. The rep responded asking for a pic of the item with the label or size tag.
5 August I sent the pic of the item as requested by the rep. I also asked for the return label/ address to be sent. The rep responded offering a 15% store credit. I responded stating that I was not interested in the store credit or the items and asked for the return label/ address.
6 Aug No return address sent by the rep but I was offered a 30% store credit instead. I responded again asking for the return label/ address. I am still awaiting a response.

From my experience this company does not handle customer grievances very well. The website seems scam-ish because several days after I placed an order and received and email from the company with my order number, I could not search on the website for the order using the number or tracking number provided by the company. Also the response time is very slow especially when trying to resolve an issue.

The dress I received was nothing like the photo on the website. The fabric was see-through and cheap looking. The dress was much shorter than the website photo. The company refused to allow me to return the item.

I ordered a suit on 6/14 for my engagement party on 6/27. Shipping time said 4-9 days. He tracking number the provided didn’t work and I never received the suit, it is 7/16. I’ve made an attempt to rectify the situation on 7/4 and 7/13, with no resolution. I had to dispute the charge on my card. COMPLETE SCAM!

I ordered this dress for a wedding and was really impressed. The white floral print is delicate and the square neckline adds a lovely, modern touch. I was a bit unsure about the fit in 2XL, but it fits perfectly the pleats give it a beautiful flow without clinging, and the length is just right. The fabric is lightweight and breathable, ideal for warmer days. Delivery to France was free and arrived within the expected timeframe. I felt comfortable and stylish all day. Very happy with this purchase.
