This is the easiest, most stress and hassle free service! I rented a wet suit for 5 days for a trip to Cornwall, it arrived in good time and was such good value. The wetsuit was gorgeous, I loved it and will definately rent again. The return was also easy, with a pre-paid label. This is the second time I've rented and won't be the last time!

I placed an order with Zoa Rentals and paid in full 4 weeks in advance of my event. 3 days before it was due to be delivered I got an email to say they can no longer send the item and they could not explain why it was no longer available. This was a special occasion dress so it was beyond disappointing and I have had to pay to buy a brand new dress and urgent next day delivery so I've ended up paying even more for a dress I did not want. This was my first experience with Zoa Rental and will not use them again due to this terrible experience.

I recently rented a dress from Oh Polly for my hen night, and I was thoroughly impressed with both the garment and the overall rental experience. The dress beautifully packaged, and in excellent pristine condition.

The fit was true to size and flattered my figure l. The material felt luxurious, and the design was both elegant and modern — ideal for a celebratory evening. I received numerous compliments throughout the night, and I felt confident and comfortable wearing it for several hours.

The return process was equally smooth, with clear instructions and prompt confirmation once the item was received. I would highly recommend Oh Polly to anyone seeking high-quality occasionwear, particularly for important events like a hen party or evening celebration. I look forward to renting from them again in the future.

The dress was described as coming up small. I ordered my usual size and the dress was far too big. Quality of the dress was poor. I was unable to wear the dress and so felt like it was a complete waste of money as I wasn’t able to wear the dress.

Item arrived before my rental period. Item was clean had no horrible smells everything intact. Instructions were clear. I definitely will be using the service again for an event - such a great idea.

Would give zero if possible. I ordered from Nobody’s Child and got my usual size from the brand. The dress came and it was too small for me. Zoa said that as per brand policy they don’t offer refunds for unworn items, and that I have to pay for the delivery of a new item if I want it. This was not made clear before I placed the order. And the “lovely” customer service did not even reply to me after I said this in an email. Basically disregarded my complaint. I paid for an unworn dress that was of no use for me. It felt like I was scammed.

I hired two long sleeve no leg 2mm wetsuits for a week long trip to Woolacombe this summer. Its not a usual holiday for me so didn't want to buy a wetsuit, so having the option to hire one for the week was brilliant. I ordered a 16 based on the size guide (I'm a bit round), but as I am only 5'2 it was too long in the body which did lead to some chafing by the end of the day. Which meant I couldn't wear the suit for the next couple of days. However the weight was great and the flexibility around the shoulders didn't restrict movement at all. If there had been a shorts version available I would have had that. My daughter is 5'10 and between a 12 and 14 on the sizing guide and I got her a 12 which fitted well. The suits arrived in plenty of time for departure and returning them was so simple with the self addressed stickers...although the boxes are quite big and the lady in the post office didn't look too happy ; ) I would definitely consider buying a Finisterre wetsuit after having and the experience of trying one in the water. Needed a light shorty wetsuit rather than my own thicker long one. It arrived on time with minimal packaging, was perfect for the Atlantic coast of Galicia and easy to return.

Super easy process and affordable. Will 100% use again in the future.

Sizing chart with exact measurements meant sizing the dress was easy without trying on. Dress even arrived a couple of days early, clean and in good condition - looked great! Return was so simple! Very happy. Would use again and definitely recommend.

Very nice dress very heavy and very see through u cannot wear underwear under it as it was all showing and also not good for boobs as they were hanging out
