Disappointed to say the least, rented a dress and unfortunately it was too big so I emailed and asked if there was anyway they could send the next size down but they wouldn’t, they just said if I wanted another I would have to pay again and I have to pay fees to send back and restock the dress so I have ended up paying for nothing as the dress didn’t fit! I would avoid at all costs!

The wetsuit I hired didn’t arrive by the booking date so I had to go on my holiday without it. The team were prompt in responding when I flagged the issue but said it was out of their control as it was a Royal Mail issue. I appreciate that but what is in their control is planning the timeline for posting out rentals to meet the date set by customers.

Rented an oh polly dress and came with gum attached. Did get a full refund however not the point I wanted the dress.

I’ve rented dress 3 times now and always pulled through for me, it’s so handy when u don’t wanna spend lots but u have a one off event and also saves you racking up dresses your probably not going to wear again. Highly recommend honestly have nothing bad to say and it always arrives on time.

What an amazing idea!!! Whenever I have an even I always buy a go polly dress however I then wouldn’t wear it again so to be able to chose a beautiful dress and send it back after is the perfect solution for me. The whole process was ever easy from start to finish. This will definitely be my go to in future!
