The lads very great. They were clean & tidy & professional workers with attention to everything. The made sure they shut the gate & door so Elvis didn’t escape. Ramazan gave me clear and consise instructions on how to operate the .boiler. We also listed to sone great Afgani music.

Josh and Lewis came to fit a new boiler and were great. Friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Worked incredibly hard in 32 degree heat too, including climbing on a very steep and roasting roof! Thanks guy's!

I am so pleased with my loft lagging and heating controls and fans all work perfect ,they treated the damp as well as.

Zoa energy is the worst company.
They changed the boiler in my house during installation of new boiler they have broken one of my bedroom ceiling.
The boiler engineer don’t know his job
This is happened 3 months ago I am still chasing them to fix my house broken ceiling.
I have very bad experience with Zoa energy

The three men who came in were very polite when they entered and didn’t fail to inform me about everything I need to know. They took me through what they were doing and didn’t overstep any boundaries such as entering rooms without knocking. They were aware of their surroundings and tidied after themselves.

Zoa Energy organised for me a new efficient boiler and loft insulation under a government scheme where we didn't have to pay. After an initial survey and me providing the required documents which did take me sometime, Zoa's supply and installation then happened extremely rapidly. A very pleasant likeable chap Max was our engineer who managed the installation with total respect for our home and our personal needs. He organised and managed the other trades needed to complete the job to current standards and safety as firstly our existing boiler utilised an Asbestos flue which required qualified careful removal to protect our environment and us. He quickly identified a better location for our new boiler and even though it involved increased effort and materials he completed our installation. The new location required a roofing specialist's to locate the venting through the loft and roof to outside, all organised by Max for Zoa. Our supply meter which was a EOn supply was faulty twice and Max organised rapidly repairs and personally oversaw the works. On completion Max organised the collection of the old boiler and fittings which Moin at Zoa chased to complete promptly. I believe I was not eligible for insulation upgrade but Moin at Zoa organised some for me. After two years weathering the winter with no heating or hot water you can imagine my delight. All I and other pensioners need now is Labour to stop the gas and electricity companies pricing the supply beyond our meagre pensions ... Thank you Zoa Energy and Max especially for your professional and kind assistance. I recommend this company highly and it's not just because we benefitted from a grant. Thank you

Our gas engineer, Ramazan, was excellent both in the installation but also in how thoroughly he explained how everything worked. The house was left spotless when he left and he was friendly and very quick and efficient in his work.
