The wig that I received seemed used but the customer service team has been very responsive. Willing to listen to issue and make provisions towards correction.

I ordered a 26in yaki straight wig and they promptly reached out to me notifying me the had only 24 in left which was fine but they offered to refund me the $40 difference upon arrival of the wig and they kept their word, and also stayed in contact with me. Very good hair as well , very soft and the knots were bleached perfectly. I will purchase from them again.

I love my wig. I have the 360 300-density water wave. The hair is soft, bouncy and full with beautiful shine. Definitely a high quality wig. I washed it and there was literally a few strands no crazy shedding. The lace was bleached and matched me perfectly. I will definitely purchase from Zlike again
