Be careful going into business with this company
I purchased their service and it wasn't working out, we found a better option.
Then we learned that our website belonged to them now and we couldn't get it back. Had to start over and have our new company rebuild all of it.
We also learned that only four of our pages were indexed with Google, and none of the four were our pages with original content so basically zero SEO enhancement that we were paying for.
Be careful going into business with this company

We do want to clarify a few important points for transparency. ZipperAgent operates as a subscription-based platform, which includes your website, CRM, IDX integration, hosting, and ongoing updates. As outlined during onboarding and in the agreement, the website is part of that hosted service and is not a one-time purchased asset. This is standard across the real estate website industry. Clients do, however, retain full ownership of their domain name, which can be pointed to any provider at any time.
Regarding SEO and Google indexing, this is a separate process that develops over time and depends on multiple factors including site age, content strategy, and ongoing engagement. Indexing is not immediate, and results can vary based on usage and timeframe.
We always aim to be as clear and upfront as possible and are happy to assist clients in maximizing the value of the platform while they are with us.

I called and talked to Sam today (on a Saturday morning) and he was very patient and terrific. I had several questions and he answered each of them, as if he had all the time in the world to help me. I like working with these people at ZipperAgent.
