I was dubious about using this app to…
I was dubious about using this app to transport my very expensive coffee machine, but the company was reliable. Our original driver didn't show up, but the company rang me to inform me and arranged an alternate driver to transport my item. Only minor issue was that my tracking didn't update, so I wasn't sure where my very expensive coffee machine was for a good part of the day, or if it ended up getting taken to the right workshop. That said, I'm giving it 5 stars because I appreciated the initiative the company took in keeping me updated. Staff were responsive over phone and email.

Did what they said on the tin
Did what they said on the tin. Driver turned up on time, delivered same day and we were kept informed. The helpdesk was exactly that as I had queries before using them on what was to be delivered..
