No responses from customer servive
Sent like 4 emails to customer servive and zero response also no response from multiple tries of the online chatbot :/ didn't get my order not the companies fault but the delivery company... however ive spent £40 on an order i never got and have had no help from the company despite multiple tries to contact them and im down £40
They didn’t refund missing items
Many items missing and did not refund even after trying to reach them via various channels. Non existent customer service. Avoid at all costs

I don't know if the management has changed but the service has gone completely downhill. Firstly half the items were out of stock and there has been no news about refund even after a week on. The phone number on website doesnt work and no reply to email. So I am lost on how to claim the refund back. I do not want to be spending hours following up refund which should be given anyway for missing items. They have certainly lost a customer. Extremely disappointing.

I placed my order on April 29th, and it’s now May 12th, but the delivery hasn't arrived yet. Despite numerous calls and emails, my attempts have been met with silence. The service experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I ordered rice from them three months ago and have still not received it. Their phone line goes unanswered, and despite emailing them two months ago to request a refund, I have had no response. I’m shocked that retailers like this are still allowed to trade!

Nightmare
Every time I place an order most of the items are missing, they don't even contact before dispatch to inform you of the out of stock items not being shipped, like other vendors do. Chasing them for a refund is a nightmare. No one responds on the given phone number or the chat on the website.

Too high Delivery charges
This was a very good company but I will take my custom elsewhere. They have raised their checkout amount for free delivery to £65 from £45. There are quite a few companies who offer similar Indian groceries and fresh fruit and vegetables and their delivery charges apply for checkout amounts of £40-45. I will now order from these other companies.

Unethical company that won't rectify sending wrong items
Dishonest, unethical company! They deliver quickly, but beware -- if your order is wrong, you will go through a nightmare trying to get a refund. I have food allergies and ordered a specific kind of fruit that I can eat. I was sent the wrong fruit, which I can't eat. I just got on their live chat to let them know, and sent a picture of the fruit I received. Despite the picture, I just spent 10 minutes arguing with the live chat agent about whether it is in fact the wrong fruit. Then the agent just left the chat. This fruit wasn't cheap and I'm now out of that money I spent on food I can't eat. Terrible business practice, I don't know how this company gets away with it.

The Mangos were not looking anything like you have displayed in your advert.
All of them were shrivelled and , half of them decayed within 3 days of arrival.
I am very disappointed and this is the last time I bought mangos from you.
Have a bit of conscience. It will go a long way
