Our mortgage advisor Aditi Sinha has been a pillar of support for us throughout the entire process of procurement of our property. She is not only extremely knowledgable regarding the various mortgage options relevant for the circumstances of her client, she is very approachable and patient with her clients too, responding to all queries in simple language that one could understand. In our case, she went out of her way to help us when we got into serious trouble due to skills issue with our solicitors which had jeopardized the completion, added to them being non-responsive to any of our queries. Its due to her timely and kind intervention that we were able to exchange contracts and complete the transaction on time.
