PATHETIC SUPPORT. THEY DONT RESOLVE YOUR ISSUES, THEY JUST KEEP ON DRAGGING AND WILL NOT EVEN TELL YOU THAT THEY CANNOT RESOLVE YOUR PAYMENT ISSUES. I GOT ANONYMOUS TRANSACTIONS AND I ASKED THEM TO BLOCK MY CARD but THEY DIDNT. AND MY CARD GOT CHARGED AGAIN. THEN I MANUALLY BLOCKED MY CARD AND ASKED THEM FOR REFUNDS... THEY INITIALLY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 20-30 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE REFUND BUT DESPITE SEVERAL EMAILS AND CALLS THEIR SUPPORT LIED EVERYTIME THAT THEY WOULD RESOLVE IT IN 24 HRS AND THEN I HAD TO WAIT 1 WEEK TO CONTACT THEM AGAIN.

PATHETIC, PLEASE DONT USE THIS APP, WHEN THE SUPPORT DOESNT RESPECT YOU!!

That's a good app

I ordered my Zindagi App card expecting it to work like any normal debit card, but it's been a total failure. I cannot withdraw money from any ATM – I’ve tried repeatedly, and it simply doesn’t work.

I’ve lodged complaints multiple times, and every single time they just say: “It will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours.” Well, it’s been over 15 days now, and nothing has been fixed!

To make things worse, their chat support is completely unresponsive. They don’t even bother replying anymore. It’s like they’ve just disappeared after taking your money.

This app is unreliable and frustrating. If you’re thinking about using Zindagi App – don’t waste your time or trust. I regret using their service.

Bad Experience.

I Ordered their Master Debit Card for discounts and as I receive after one week they discontinue their Discounts on all Restaurants. Pathetic Tactics.

Extremely Disappointed with Zindigi by JS Bank
I'm writing this review as a last resort after experiencing unbearable frustration with the Zindigi app services by JS Bank.
My Zindigi debit card has not been working for weeks. I've tried using it at multiple ATMs and merchants, but it's been declined every time. I've also checked my account balance, and there are sufficient funds.I've lodged multiple complaints through the Zindigi app, phone, and email, but the response has been utterly disappointing. The customer service team has failed to provide a resolution or even a plausible explanation for the issue. Given the bank's inability to resolve my issue and the lack of confidence in their services, I've decided to permanently deactivate my account. This was not an easy decision, but I feel it's necessary to protect my financial interests. I would advise others to exercise caution when considering Zindigi services. The bank's failure to address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner is alarming.
