I have had a great experience ordering from Ziggicig and their customer service team were so helpful! I ordered the wrong strength of my e-liquid & when I emailed to get this changed, the guys handled this so well and assured me that the strength I wanted was sent out. I ordered this on Monday and it arrived on my doorstep the very next day. I couldn't recommend Ziggicig enough.

Scam
I’m from Republic of Ireland I payed €55 for a order and it got lost somehow by an post not the vape company’s fault but they refuse to give me a refund after 3 weeks and afe ignoring my emails do not buy off this company proper scam.

I was satisfied but now the shipment has been delayed and is still at the sorting office because of the delay. I ordered it on December 4th and I still haven't received it.

I’ve only ever used Ziggicig for…
I’ve only ever used Ziggicig for vaping. Good value for money and always lovely staff in store. Took a while to get it, probably because of Black Friday and extra orders. Would highly recommend Ziggicig

GREAT CUSTOMER CARE.
My delivery was late purely due to Royal Mail.
Ziggicig customer service contacted me directly to offer a replacement order but I asked them to wait a day or two.
My original turned up the following morning so all good.
Ziggicig service is always 5 star but Royal mail totally to blame here.
