I sent an email enquiring about the item and the postage as I needed it quickly. The response was super quick and super helpful!
The lady i dealt with did everything quickly and i ended up with my new deck 18 hours after my first inquiry....I could literally not ask for more!!
The deck is absolutely perfect too!

Zet UK were really helpful the whole way through. I asked for a few more pictures of the product they got that back to me in less than an hour.
When I ordered the product they clarified that some information on the order form- that the boat was red not blue straightaway. When I realised I'd accidentally forgotten to change the size on the spraydeck so it was left as a small, I asked if they could change it and they did it straight away.
The delivery was quick, arriving second business day after ordering, delivery company gave lots of communication on the progress of the delivery so I know the hour when it would arrive, much better than usual "your delivery will arrive between 8am and 6 pm". Kayak and spraydeck were exactly as advertised and I'm really enjoying using them. Thank you Zet UK!

I'm incredibly happy with the service I recieved. I ordered a new kayak on Saturday. It was confirmed on the Monday (I believe the warehouse is closed on the weekend). Dispatched on Tuesday. Arrived on Wednesday, I even had a text message to let me know the boat would be delivered between 12:22-13:22 :-) I'm used to waiting longer than this for boats when ordered through shops, especially to get the colour I want! This is my second Zet boat. The plastic is really good at handling the abuse Dartmoor granite dishes out and the outfitting lasts incredibly well. Thank you Zet!

Customer service is outstanding in every respect. I emailed Zet Uk expressing my interest on Sunday evening, i had a response form Bill 8:30 Monday morning answering all questions and contact information. You have a direct contact number you can ring (9-5). I placed my order Tuesday and had my boat delivered Thursday. Since i have ordered a spare bung and a few other bits and bobs, again an effortless order and 100% helpful. 10/10.

Asked about a discount and got it! The boat was with me 2 days after being ordered. Delivered at the time stated. Customer service top notch, the Raptor and spraydeck exactly as advertised. (superb)

I live in the United States. I could not find a backband shortener for my Zet Kayak - even after contacting the primary Zet distributor in North America. I found one on the site of this U.K. business, Zet Kayaks UK. I bought it and they shipped it within a day. I received it in a little more than a week, which is great considering the distance (I am in California). Great service and a painless experience. Highly recommended.

I ordered a backband for my kayak and was unsure which size to use so they sent both sizes and a return envelope for the wrong one.

Can't get better customer service than that.

I have contacted Zet Kayak UK concerning the Immersion Research sprayskirts for Zet boats and if it was possible to ship in Switzerland.

I have had precise answers very quickly and have received the skirt 4 days after the order.

Ordered a new grab handle which arrived the next day. I needed an extra screw so contacted Zet and they posted me two at no extra charge. It's the little things that make the big difference. Thanks Zet UK.

The boat is an amazing boat, it's faster then any other creeper I've been it, it's simple outfitting is incredibly comfy and alows a lot of equipment to be accessible easily, the best outfitting I've seen. The boat surfs well and turns quickly. The service was brilliant the boat came within 24 hours of ordering and if you ring up you can do it over the phone easily!

The ordering process was very easy over the phone. Highly competent and informative staff who understand the needs of their customers. The boat was able to be delivered any day I wanted for free delivery! This clearly sets Zet apart from the competition as a lot of manufacturers can have up to a 3 month lead time!

I was told which hour my boat would arrive on the day of delivery and it was there on time and undamaged. The boat itself is amazing. Zet have put some real thought into what kayakers actually want and the boat is very well designed. Build quality is excellent and the little things such as it coming with air bags and a water bottle mean that you can be on the water with minimum fuss.

I really struggled to decided which creek boat to go with, and lots of research and advice all pointed to the 'zet'. Initial internet payment problems (out of zets control) led me contact the staff directly, the service and communications were prompt, informative, polite and outstanding on all levels, they made me feel that my custom was important to them - a quality that many companies no longer have. I am enjoying to get to know my zet raptor, pushing my boundaries further than I have before, which in other circumstances leads to me braking products but the zet capabilities will outweigh my abilities for a long time as it is robust and hardy........I like to think we compliment each other :) What does the future hold?....... BIG rivers and waterfalls here we come!!!!

Boat is solid, dry, holds it's shape, great design, Zet Raptor, owned for 3 years, good weight too.. 10 x stronger than pyranha, 10 x dryer than dagger, simple effective fittings.

The team at Zet Uk were very friendly and helpful, I'd order again.

Since my first dealings with zet uk iwould have no hesitation in recomending them to anyone they keep you well informed about your order ,and its where abouts the personel are both freindly and helpful and will go out of there way to get you the product information your after ,all in all a great company and i shall keep dealing and recomending them for years to come thanks again
