Perfect Choice
As a relatively new customer my experience is limited but as of this moment I am quite pleased and impressed with service I have received to date, everything was explained to me in a simple and understandable way before taking out this insurance and although I hope it will be a long time before a claim is necessary it’s good to know my loved ones will be looked after when the time comes

When I contacted your company for information and a possible quote for life insurance, I was passed through to a very helpful young man called Simon.
He spent some time explaining the nitty gritty of the policies you supply and after his detailed explanation I was more than happy to accept a quote and take out a policy with your company,

Cancelled my policy as I was pinged by…
Cancelled my policy as I was pinged by the Covid app even though I had a PCR test the following day which was clear. Total waste of the 30 minutes I spent on the phone with the salesman. I received all the paperwork in the post and they even set up the direct debit before they rang and cancelled it.

If we have identified that an answer you provided was captured incorrectly, we will proactively contact you to rectify, we wouldn’t want you to pay for a policy that could be invalid. From the information you provided, it does sound like we would be able to offer you cover, just not at the time you applied, please contact our New Business Team on 0800 152 2188 and they will be able to run through a new application with you over the phone and hopefully get you back on cover.
