The Job was done efficiently and the company has been very helpful in supporting my claim for compensation from my insurance company after my solar panels had to be replaced following a storm.

I was receiving calls from a mobile number I didn't recognise, when I answered they would instantly hang up, I would call back to be put on to an answer machine from Zest Energy, this went on for weeks, I would estimate at least 25-30 times I was called, each time when answered I was cut off. I blocked the number & they started dialling on a different number, finally when I answered & someone was on the other side I explained to the guy I was not interested in dealing with a company that treats customers like that, I explained clearly for him to take me off their call list & never to call again or I would go on trust pilot & leave a terrible review warning others, he took some offence to this thinking I was threatening but I was polite & clear, do not call me again! so less than 1 week later another call from Zest, "I believe you were speaking to my colleague & you are looking to book in an appointment for a survey for solar panels" so this is the review! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO A WORD YOU SAY

Sales consultant was absolutely excellent explained everything in detail and the installation team did a marvellous job! I would highly recommend top class service !

They were quick to install the system and, from beginning to end, the whole crew were efficient and friendly.
Particular mention has to go to Chris, the electrical engineer, who was friendly, patient and a pleasure to deal with.

From telephone reception, rep and electricians all go over the top to be helpful

I disliked the speed with which I found myself bundled into this purchase.
I should have requested and got a better payment scheme.
I have not had a chance to try out the system.

Initial contact was professional and friendly, The salesman’s advice given was to the point and informative, any questions was answered thoroughly. The best thing was for me he didn’t push anything.
Would like to add the fitters were excellent and knew there job well and explained things as they went along as I had few questions. Would definitely recommend.

The advice and support received in the build up to purchasing the solar panels and associated equiment made the decision easier.

The 3 workmen were very efficient and most of the work was completed yesterday. Only needed one more solar panel on my back roof and he also replaced 2 slates that had slipped at the front and repaired 2 chimney breasts which were causing leaks in both upstairs bedrooms by the end of the morning today.

The whole experience was quick and efficient from start to finish.
The sales person answered all my questions and provided all the information.
The installation team were excellent and showed me how to get the most from the system through using the app.

Knowledgeable and efficient technical staff and a neat and tidy job both inside and out involving a cable trench through the garden. We are very pleased with the result and have no hesitation in recommending them

By replying to telephone calls 3 times promised to call back never did still waiting to find out about feed in tariffs, this company is a total waste of time and I could not recommend them to any one

They fitted it in one day and the staff were hard working and very polite. They were very clean and left my house and garage very tidy . The scaffolding company removed the scaffold a few days work was finished but they were very quick and quiet removing all the equipment.

Had my solar system since 2022. Hadn't realised I wasn't registered to send my energy back to the grid.
Archie went on the case and was resolved by him. Even after 3 years had passed. Great customer service! I would recommend to anyone looking for a solar array.

From the initial appointment to the installation and after care I couldn’t be happier with zest energy. Highly recommended. Cameron who visited our home to do the quotation was very helpful and I even threw a couple of questions he was unsure of and he very quickly got answers for me. Archie who was calling me to keep me updated with the installation appointment and again couldn’t have been more helpful with info I required. And Craig the installer and his team were so methodical, clean and tidy and got the job done a high level of satisfaction even pointing out an issue made by a previous seperate company that installed my solar. Very happy with the service from start to finish.

A very knowledgeable salesman Cameron who went the extra mile for us , thankyou . The engineer Chris could not have been more helpfull or polite to ourselves and was very tidy in his approach to the job in hand . My cupboard was a very tight fit for all the stuff and he still managed to get in beside it to fit and wire all components. Thankyou . Office staff have been great too . First class service all round .😀
