Do not purchase this product, customer service response hasnt been helpful. The fact the advertising of features dont match what the actual product does because the descriptions are vague is a red flag, I learned a hard lesson and I have filed a claim to get my money back.

If you did not place an order with us, we would not have a way to charge you through our store. We’ve requested more information through Trustpilot so we can verify this properly.

I recently purchased several products from Zero Trace and had some difficulty with the installation, as I’m not very experienced with this type of setup. Their customer service was outstanding. They connected with me remotely through AnyDesk and professionally handled everything for me. What would have taken me days to figure out on my own was completed quickly and efficiently as the downloads finished.
I’m extremely grateful for the help and support I received, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall.
It is definitely different from what I used before, mostly for the better. The only thing I am not a fan of is the interface, would prefer a dark theme, maybe they will update it. Still a five star for me.
I didn't really understand stuff about AI,but I want to. The chat support assured me that the setup is not hard and they will help if i cannot do it myself so I trusted them. I did most of it myself,but they did sent me a customized launcher for my 4070ti,no charge. I'd say I am a fan of it, it is well made. And the Facebook ad turned out to be true after all, the features are they,gj!
Definitely add more furry and anime models please! Apart from that it is a 5 star software for me. The video gen is very good 💯
Their professionalism, support and care towards me cannot go unnoticed! I will definitely go back. After I purchased one of their AIs I told that I dont know how to structure my request, I am a veteran and not so good with tech. I've seen some ads before, but i wasn't confident untill a friend recommended it. I went for the video one, the setup was intense so i asked them to set it up for me and they did. What made the most sense about the app was the length of the videos, continue video option and the many models are loras. It took me some time to leart to use it, but now everything is great. Guides are included and the team is frendly, thank you guys
Secret models was the best option for me. Their team configured the software package on my devices. Everything is smooth and good so far, I am using it on 3 devices. Their team knows what they are doing for sure, even made customization for my hardware. I would give them 5 stars, but I want to see their future updates and support first. Still very good
I asked the customer support many questions before I bought their Bundle deal I wanted to see if they would get frustrated or angry with me asking so many questions. They didnt for once say anything about it,very calm, professional and supportive, I really liked them. Bought the image ai, It performs very good, the support even help me use their custom Loras. I've been using the product for a couple days. It requires some setup but after that is plug and play. Make sure you meet the requirements, because I had to upgrade my PC with 4gb of extra ram for the performance I desired. Apart from that they deliver what they promised. Offline, no restrictions

Na tu reklamu na Facebooku jsem úplně naletěl.
Chtěl jsem balík 250 AI modelů. Místo toho jsem dostal soubor s naprosto bezcenným obsahem. I kdyby to nějak fungovalo, jsou to modely, které si člověk může stáhnout kdekoliv jinde. Je to k ničemu. Navíc to asi ani není legální, protože ty modely zjevně nepatří té firmě – jen na to hodili nějaké mizerné rozhraní.
Jakmile jsem to zjistil, chtěl jsem peníze zpět. Od té chvíle byla firma jen nepříjemná, přestože na stránce mají jasně napsáno, že vrací peníze do 30 dnů.
Před zerotracegpt můžu jen varovat. Přišel jsem o 93 $. Kdybych si je předtím aspoň vyhledal na internetu, věděl bych to dopředu.

Das Unternehmen brüstet sich mit tausenden von Kunden und weist auf über 8.000 Bewertungen hin, welche jedoch nirgends zu finden sind.
Witzig dabei: Meine Rechnung hat die Nummer 1648. Nun entweder vergibt man Nummern doppelt oder man zählt rückwärst ;-) - oder die Zahlen stimmen einfach nicht.
Ich versuche nun das Geld, um welches man mich gebracht hat via Paypal und MasterCard zurückzubekommen. Vom Unternehmen keinerlei Einsicht. Dabei geht es nicht einmal um den Verkauf fremder AI Modelle - sondern schlicht darum, dass die Software unter Windows 10 gar nicht installiert werden kann - ohne den Microsoft Defender oder SmartScreen abzuschalten, denn die Software stellt laut Windows ein hohes Risiko dar.
Awesome program. And they help set it up if you are not that computer savvy (like me). Easy menus to navigate. Nice generating videos and not being bound by someone else's terms. I will enjoy "altering" my son's baseball performance and behavior on the diamond and sending those to grandma's picture device every week as a joke. Have fun with it!

They answered all of my questions, didn't give vague answers, and ensured my program was working by the end of the session.
I told this company from the start, I wanted to put there product on my Proxmox Vm for a customer. I built a windows 11 vm with Nvidia Gpu Passthur. The product installed but caused my whole Proxmox server to reboot. I contacted them about the issue over the last 2 weeks Have got no help in getting the product working. I have asked for a refund a dozen times. They said they had support and would get this product working or will give refund. They have done nether. Dont waste your time or money

We’re sorry you feel this way, but this review leaves out an important technical detail: the setup you described was a Proxmox virtual machine with NVIDIA GPU passthrough, not a standard Windows PC installation.
ZeroTraceGPT is designed for compatible Windows systems. Custom VM/GPU passthrough environments can cause driver, CUDA, permission, and hardware-access issues that are outside a normal Windows setup.
You also stated that the product installed, so this does not appear to be a non-delivery issue. If you believe support promised a specific outcome, please send your order number, checkout email, technical logs/screenshots, and the support conversation so we can review the full case.
