My new favourite obsession. I ordered an LV mini pochette from Zenluxe 2 weeks ago. You cannot get this mini pochette anymore in the model I got , it is an '08 model Im almost sure. The bag is in immaculate condition. From start to finish zenluxe were incredible. From answering any queries or questions I had , to emailing me updates to what stage the parcel was at after they posted it. It took 2 weeks to get from zenluxe to me in Ireland. There was a custom charge , which I didn't mind paying as this little bag is currently €620 online and I got it for €310 so I was delighted with that savings. I will 100% purchase from zenluxe again. I go on every night to have a browse. Thank you very much.

The beautiful vintage Chanel bag I ordered was delivered with DHL (I choosed and payed for DHL because it was a bit faster delivery), in the amount of time predicted by ZenLuxe.
The bag was nicely packed, in excellent vintage condition, no bad smell.

They have everything; old or new releases, it’s all there. Prices are usually insanely good *Bonus for US shoppers- there’s no cost for standard shipping or taxes and I can always find a discount code.* Shopping the site is easy as they provide detailed descriptions and clear photos of each item. In the event you have additional questions about an item, they have an ‘Ask the Seller’ button on each listing. I always hear back with clarification within a day. I love this level of customer service because it can give peace of mind when purchasing something that’s not coming directly from the manufacturer. Other sites don’t offer this kind of experience.
I’ve made over a dozen purchases in the last couple months with ZenLuxe and only had an issue one time where an item didn’t meet my full expectations. Contacting customer service is easy and they reply fast. Not only did they assist me with returning my item but it was hassle free and they were so gracious and understanding. Zenluxe is an amazing place to get pre-loved great-condition luxury items at a great price. This is my second time shopping with Zenplus, but my first time shopping with their newly established luxury arm, Zenluxe. I have gotten some great vintage and non-vintage pieces from their platform thanks to the YouTube influencer Minks4All a.k.a. Minnie.

For this time around, there was a delay in shipping, not on their part, but on the part of the USPS. Their customer service was excellent and they reassured me and were on top of things when I had questions.

I will continue to shop on this platform because the items that I have gotten authenticated have come back authentic, each time. And again, their prices are better than other resellers, even ones in the US. For the condition I’ve gotten my items in, other resellers would have charged me $500+.

You can’t go wrong with getting beautiful, authentic pieces, in great condition for an amazing price!

Very good experience. Easy to use site and lots of designer goods. The bag was in perfect condition and the packaging. was the best I have ever seen. Shipping can always be faster but coming from Japan it arrived quicker than expected within a few days. Will definitely use again.

The product condition and images were very accurate and prices were fair. Collection took a reasonable amount of time but delivery seemed very slow and did not provide many updates, especially given how much money was spent on the order.

The 2 Louis Vuitton items arrived well packaged and matched the descriptions. There was a faint odor of what smelled like cigarette smoke.
