Zenilas

As everyone else has already said, this is a scam site. I ordered a car seat and received a confirmation email right away. When it didn’t ship within a few days I tried to reach out only to find emails get sent back and you can’t get anyone on the phone. Luckily I called my bank and they refunded my money. Do not order anything from them!

I was ripped off. I ordered a $327.00 small pergola. They show a scheduled delivery 2 months out. It’s over 2 months now. I’m going to see what my bank can do to stop payment or retract payment and have a criminal investigation done. This site is a scam site that steals your money and information. Do not buy from Zenilas. They are thieves.

I have been scammed on two items totalling $85 ,And there is nothing I can do about it.I have send several emails, but all I get is rebounds back telling me that it cannot go through because there address doesn't exist.I have also called, and get no answers, just a voice saying they are not able to answer, can I call back later.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID ZENLAS ALL TOGETHER !

Ordered item @$198.46 one month ago. Never heard or recieved anything. My bank BofA credited my account & now co. Is under investigation. This co. Is totally fraud. Next time I will do my homework & look up reviews/do my own investigations on any co. I purchase items from through internet.. Buyers beware of the fake phoney ZENILAS CO they will steal ur $$$$

scam never got anything from them, the website is unavailable

Order a Battery Tender Plus for $29.99. No tracking number but they took my money. Can’t access their website. Very unsatisfied.

Order some laptop risers on 10/30, the website had everything "norton security" Paypal encryption. Even an official email with purchase receipt. Well now they are MIA, phone number is a google #. Can't even access their website any longer due to my security blocking it because it's unsafe. this is clearly a scam.

Scam. Website is now shut down and phone number is a Massachusetts area code but a google number. Address is a Residential address in Tennessee.

I really got scam damn I just called my bank to get the refund smh I been waiting for this item and I didn’t see nothing so I tried to do my research but damn

I wish I read about that earlier. Total scam and now the site is totally offline. I actually blame google because that was a suggestion from then to purchase something. DO NOT USE IT - SCAM!!!!

This website is a scam you can't contact them through email or phone

Emails bounce back and phone is a google voice number. No real company would do this. The email goes to *******.outbound-mail.sendgrid.net. Sendgrid is an autoresponder for Zenilas because the site sends the info there once they get your card/order info. Just check your email headers, it never goes to Zenilas site but to that site instead. They might be phishing for credit cards because the domain owner can't be found either. Registrar Information
Name: NAMECHEAP INC. No name for who owns or registered this domain but it was registered in Panama. So NameCheap is the server for Zenilas. They do have a number 1.6613102107 (NameCheap), it asks to leave a fax or a message. More info: Registrar URL: namecheap.com
namecheap .com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx /9196/5/how-and-where-can-i-file-abuse-complaints
Also this p.o.box address was filed on another complaint website so it is the same people ripping folks off:
P.O. Box 0823-03411",
"Panama",
"Panama",
"PA".
This is info I gathered from their domain info from ICANN lookup. It also has a couple more addresses and phone numbers. This web page does not work with an HTTPS certificate.
It is all an elaborate scam so if you had money taken away from you on these sites report them to the FTC and any local, federal agencies and complain, complain, complain. Plus read reviews and email sites before you purchase stuff. I noticed this type of scam on the web has exploded with bogus sites all this year after I looked all this up. I'm sticking to the well-known sites and calling or emailing a site first if it just popped up. Make sure you have a good credit card company as the first red flag was no PayPal. Be careful out there, I hope this helps others..

Total scam!!!! Do not order from this site. There is no way to contact them, as their email and phone number both do not work. I lost $70 to this site.

SCAM!!!
Do NOT order from this site.

This is a scam. Do not order
Not real. Getting my money back from credit card company. Their phone number and email are bogus.

no compren nada en esta pagina web, es un fraude, no envian los articulos, su numero telefonico no existe y tampoco responden sobre los casos ademas le roban los datos de la Tarjeta de Credito.

Yes, I fell prey to their fraud attempting to purchase a gas grill. No shipment and no response from them - SCAM ALERT

Don’t buy anything on this website, email will never be returned, phone will never be answered, and you will never receive the goods

I ordered from this website and tried to email them and email bounced back , phone never answered same as everyone else! I have filed a complaint with the FTC about them and saw 2 other sites on Facebook that I believe are them ! Canceled my credit card and filed a dispute with my CC company!

Fake website, My order never arrived. THeir email address is fake and phone number is a google voice number which never gets answered
