I had an average experience with Zen…

I had an average experience with Zen Book Publishers the team was supportive in the beginning and explained the publishing process clearly. However, there were a few delays during the project which made things slower than I expected. on the positive side, they did try to assist whenever I asked for updates and the final outcome was decent. with better timing and faster responses, the overall service could improve a lot.
