I dislike that their are no live people…

Where do I start..if I could give this…

Where do I start..if I could give this place zero stars I would. Let me say they “allowed” me lol to purchase a Christmas gift for my husband for about $125. Paid that off. Had a spending limit of about $850. (Now that doesn’t meant anything at all) Js it because you have a spending limit doesn’t mean u can use it. So months later I want to make another purchase. Put it in my cart go to pay FROZE my account. What for ? THEY couldn’t even give me a answer. And then you cannot speak to anyone. Customer service is all through email only. Finally after a week and a half. They unfreeze it. Go in to make a purchase. And guess what. They freeze my account again. This site is a complete joke!!! Jere I am just trying to get answers. Why are you freezing my account. I’ve read the reasons why they do it but I’m not doing any of that. So why? Send them another email. They respond with:
We’ve closed your account for the following reasons. spending habits indicate risk, characteristics of payment??? Wth does THAT mean. When you are getting payments from MY bank acct. oh and payment history. When I’ve paid off the 1 thing they ALLOWED me to purchase.
People, don’t waste your time with this company. They’re horrible. Go with Afterpay, Affirm or even Zip or Klarna. Much better options.

E Certificate

I had my zebit account for almost a year…. I was afraid to use it do to all the bad reviews but, today I place my first order for a e certificate it arrive about a hour are so later. Had no issues at all. Thanks Zebit.

I had a lot of e certificates available…

I had a lot of e certificates available to me and then my account was frozen. I verified my identity and when my account was unfrozen, my certificates were almost all unavailable. I can’t get a straight answer from the company. My daughter has tons of choices on her account and neither of us have ever missed a payment. So disappointed.

I use zebit and I have to say I love…

I use zebit and I have to say I love this company. It's convenient and reasonable with payments. I have ordered 4 times now and have had no problems. I never miss a payment amd use it responsibly. This is just so much easier then all the other apps. Products are excellent with wide selection. I started out with $1200 credit line. Have not got an increase yet not sure if I am due yet but very happy with this company. Got nothing negative to say. Just use it responsibly and make your payments and you shouldn't have any issues. Thank you Zebit for approving me and look forward to future purchases with you. 5 stars from me..

Paying for things made easy

Being able to pay out any products helps out since I'm on a limited budget and I feel like they have the best pay back options I have seen. I.E. Was able to take my wife to a steakhouse for our anniversary and pay off the gift card that paid for it.

My account has been frozen since…

My account has been frozen since December 22 at the time I tried purchasing a E-Certificate for Christmas shopping and my account was immediately frozen…Can’t speak to anyone directly to find out what’s going on so after my last payment I will be closing this account. I see that this has happened to other customers.

I love Zebit

I love being able to purchase items and pay in installments. Increasing your credit limit is easy as long as you make on time payments. I have been a member for a few years. The products are A1, the shipping is fast without delay, customer service is 5 star; however, I wish it was reported to the credit bureaus to help boost credit scores. This is the ONLY reason why I gave 4 stars.

I started using Zebit in late 2020

I started using Zebit in late 2020. I've never had a bad experience and the low payments are unmatched. No BS either. I was able to furnish my office, easily. Zebit also has bulk food as well. Also, my go to for Christmas shopping. Must use responsibly. I highly recommend.

I've been with zebit for over a year…

I've been with zebit for over a year and never missed a payment..went to purchase a e-certificate last night and found out i've been restricted from them for no reason.. I can purchase anything else on there website but no access to gift cards..Tried to contact customer service and as always no contact no communication

I made an account specifically to buy the iphone 13 which it showed that they have. As soon as I made the account and searched for the iphone it was no longer there. Wasted my time..😕

Account Frozen 🥶 …

I signed up for Zebit right before Christmas last year and I loved the service and actually recommended a lot of people I knew. I made my orders and down payments and received my items all new in great condition. My account is set up on auto pay and payments all come out as scheduled and I’ve never missed a payment. However, in an attempt to get ahead of my bills I made a manual payment a day prior to the autopay coming out. Tried to place an order for a gift card a few days later for my husbands birthday and it was denied with the message saying something about my payment history. Well I’ve never been late or missed a payment since signing up. I’m not very happy about them freezing my account and I can’t use it until all of my current orders are paid I guess in six months. And even then it’s a “we will review your account” type of thing.
