The dress is not as pictured, poor quality and was big for size. No refund or exchange offered as it was on sale (even though all products are 'discounted'). Only gave 2 stars as the customer service response was quick.
Absolutely terrible terrible customer service!
I ordered a jumpsuit for my 40th, jumpsuit was too big. They offer easy returns and refunds. I emailed to get the process going to exchange. As I needed it quickly I offered to repurchase in the correct size and refund my original outfit. They stated that they could do that but it would cost me $17. Not a problem. I asked how it was payable and a return address. They replied not to worry about it and they were sending a new item. I thought that was weird but ok. I checked on the process a week later and they told me they would send tracking info asap. I checked again and they’ve told me they’ve had issues and it would cost $17 to return and to purchase a new outfit.
This is what I was trying to do in the beginning! They’ve now wasted my time and I will not get my outfit in time for the event (my birthday) that I wanted to wear it to!
Absolutely ridiculous. Total joke of customer service. Waste of money.
Simply emailed them to ask for size guide, which they don’t display on their website (they just have S,M, L and XL..) From some reason my question was too complicated for them. Three emails later told them to forget about I had found another dress on a more reliable web page. Appears to be a scam site I wouldn’t buy from there
Dress not as pictured, sequins are non existent, instead you get glitter that is falling off the product everywhere. Material quality and product finish very low quality. When trying to return, they first offer a 10% discount, then it increases to 60% before they will finally give you a return address. Despite the item being posted from an Australian location, you are forced to pay for international shipping to return.
