As stated in our Terms and Conditions, the requirement is to complete 3 Standard Lots, where 1 Standard Lot equals 100,000 units, applicable only to Forex instruments. Trading on other instruments that do not follow the Standard Lot definition does not count toward meeting this requirement.

Your registration was received on March 9, and we understand that waiting for verification can be frustrating. Due to a high volume of registrations, our support team has been handling a large number of inquiries, which may have caused delays in response times. Our live chat operates from 9 AM to 6 PM (GMT+2, changing to GMT+3 after daylight saving time), and most of the chat requests we received were outside these hours. When initiated during business hours, our system provided updates regarding agent availability.

Regarding your account status, receiving an email confirming document verification does not equate to full approval. As per our internal policies and procedures, every application undergoes a thorough review, and in some cases, an application may be declined.
