Easy to use, fairly quick and gave a good price for the trade.

The site is easy to use and the whole process very straight forward. Payment was made quickly and I was kept informed every step of the way.

I was offered sufficient for the bulk of the games and DVDs to go ahead with the sale. However I was only offered 1p and in some case 0p for the majority of the 50 or so books I wanted rid of. All were in excellent condition. I decided seeing as I was in effect giving the books away I would instead donate them to charity.

the offer for my 7 university books your offer was 47p for all 7 wow that's shocking the books cost over £100 each second hand on eBay will not be using this service again!!

I did not sign up fully as the offer was no good Shame really as I would of helped spread the word around university of Sheffield.

My first time of using Zapper. Very easy to use..pleased with outcome. Will use again.

Zapper was easy to use prices slightly low but they do pay you when they say the do. Will use them again.

I tried going through the selling process today. So I wanted a valuation of my 2021 Writers and Artists Yearbook. And the price they offered? Believe it or not £0.01 - yes a penny. Absolute garbage!! Beware, people!!

Zapper have stopped using Yodel and now use Hermes to pick up and transport the parcels. We don’t have a Hermes pick up point in our little town so dropping off the parcels is not as convenient as in the past.

Full amount as per estimate was given. Not a lot of money, but still give more than other companies

Easy to use. Bit of a pain lugging boxes to collect shop is my only criticism. A door collection for older users would have been better.

Good experience, would have given 5 stars were it not for problems receiving email with printed delivery labels. Much better than it’s competitor sites. Recommended.

Generally very satisfactory transaction . My only concern was the difficulty I had finding a Yodel collection point. Once I found one willing to take the boxes, it was fine.
