Reject items with false reason
Easy to use website and easy to post off - but most items (which were in hardly used condition) rejected without valid reason - left with no payment and no item (and certain they still sell it on). I will avoid

In response to the reply I disagree with the reasons. For people using in the future in would strongly suggest taking photos of anything you send in. The 'dagamed' item was like new. The item missing a CD had it when I posted it in a well sealed box of 4 stacked books. Take photos to support any dispute as I was very surprised to have most items rejected and in line with their guidance have no way to dispute this now. Fortunately relatively small amounts of money but disappointing never the less.

Your review, unfortunately, is unfair, you were paid for the items which were in good condition, to say you were left with no payment is not correct. 1 item was rejected because of the condition, 1 item was partly missing and 1 item could not be accepted unless in new condition. All of this was explained to you. We do not sell any rejected items, they are responsibly recycled.

On the plus side they took almost all of my books, cds, dvds etc BUT most of the offers from them were just 1 pence so not great!!!

My brother and I scanned over 130 dvds…
My brother and I scanned over 130 dvds and only 6 were accepted at £2.19 for 6 it is totally wrong when you know places like CEX will buy one for at least £1.20 for each dvd and if you have the time ebay can make you a little better deal. We have uninstall the app and will not be using them for anything. Very disappointed to say the least.
