very bad services there contracts have…
very bad services there contracts have many hidden conditions there contracts gives them all the rights to get your money and make you pay more for nothing .
very bad calls stability and quality , internet is a myth with this company , they claim in all ads that there internet is fast , the truth is that they advertise speeds tested locally between the same company servers and when you test the speed on any other server outside jordan you will get very very bad speed and ping is astronomical number.
i dont recommend for anyone to use this company lines.

Terrible internet, customer service does absolutely nothing to help, blames my router instead of fixing the issue, choose any other company. 0.5MBPS on speed test, can’t express my frustration while here on a work trip. From March to May 30th, nothing short of abysmal

Website Usability:
Navigating Zain's website often feels like an exercise in frustration. The interface is cluttered, with inconsistent design elements and a lack of intuitive flow. Key information is buried under layers of navigation, making it difficult for users to accomplish tasks efficiently. This not only hampers user satisfaction but also reflects poorly on the brand's digital presence.
Customer Support:
Zain's customer support is equally disappointing. Users frequently report unresponsiveness across various channels, including phone, chat, and social media. For instance, a user shared their experience:
