Very long arrival not as what promised within 5 days. I ordered on June 28 and now already July 5th not arrived yet

I like the quick shipment, but prices seem high and there's a lack of selection. It feels like the company doesn't care much about the product.

I ordered a levitating moon lamp from them. No updates. Not received even after a month. Mailed them and they just send some number with no other information. That number link doesnt open. I think i was cheated.

Everything was easy to navigate and buy what I wanted. The display pictures were also quite nice.

I ordered my product and received it fast. I was pleased with the whole deal.

5 weeks and the product has not updated, the customer support cannot be worse, they either don't respond or they avoid the subject.

Package didn’t arrive but ist says it did. Zag store sent me to my post office who clearly have proof of not receiving a package.

It was okay although delivery was quite long

I bought a box for 600 dollars and a rena figure, which unfortunately came broken, and the box also came with a broken lid and they are not responsible for damages, the products are good, although to sell such expensive things they should be more careful

En ce qui concerne l'expérience d'achat, je suis satisfait du suivi qu'ils vous donnent sur l'emplacement du colis et la sécurité qu'ils peuvent vous donner un remboursement sans aucun problème, mais j'ai payé l'expédition rapide et maintenant je suis dans les 8 jours de 9 qu'ils stipulent pour la livraison des marchandises et depuis 5 jours j'observe que le paquet est toujours en cours de préparation pour l'expédition et je ne vois pas une mise à jour, je considère que vous ne devriez pas envisager de payer plus pour avoir une expédition rapide car il prend la même chose qu'une expédition normale.
