Love it ❤️

I always receive great product on time and in great condition. I would definitely recommend for any miraculous ladybug fan to shop at that store.

Super !

Franchement, je suis super contente de ma commande ! Les bijoux sont encore plus beaux en vrai qu’en photo. Les détails sont soignés, la qualité est top. En plus, la livraison a été rapide et bien emballée. Si vous êtes fan, foncez les yeux fermés !

Rena Rouge Art Figure with some flaws

First, I ordered from France with the non-european version of zag-store due to it being out of stock, and there was no warning that the price of UPS delivery didn't include customs' fees. Because of that, I didn't have any change when the delivery girl told me that I didn't paid it. She was kind and came back the next day so I could gather the money.
Then I opened the box (pretty one by the way) to discover this beautiful figure of Rena Rouge. But, despite the protection foam, I found the left ear completly removed, nearly broken. I manage to fix it with glue and saw some paint defects on the figure which were natively there.
In the end, I love this figure but the issues that I've encountered wasn't pleasant at all. I hope that the next figures will be more solid or better packaged.

Je dirai que mon expérience avec Zag a été incroyable ! J'aime TOUS leurs produits et c'est vraiment miraculeux de voir comment ils s'assurent que tout le monde reçoive une commande agréable de leur part. J'ai acheté un ÉNORME butin ! Presque plus de 20 ! Ils m'ont fourni tout ce que je pouvais demander ! Vous devriez y faire vos achats à 100 % ! Leur Tiktok est incroyable, et d’autres personnes le pensent aussi ! Il n'y a rien de plus que je n'achèterais pas avec mon argent ! Zag est vraiment miraculeux ! ❤️
