Superb host who made us feel very welcome. Great demonstration with clear explanations on each step. Always on hand to offer advice & support. A lovely way to spend a couple of hours on a Saturday morning and have some pots to be proud of too! Thank you!

My partner and I had a great experience at this chilli jam and hot sauce class. Rikki made it a learning experience whilst being casual and different in the best way. Very chilled and laid back approach with a few jars of our jam and sauce at the end!

Jess hosted us, had a great time making mugs. Really enjoyed it! Went as a group of 4. Would highly recommend

Problen with gift vouchers - very poor communication from YUPP - I bought a voucher for 2 sound baths as a treat for my hairdresser. I chose the experience as it was billed as a full moon event so it was happening every month and there were loads of slots to book; this fitted as I wasn't sure when she would be free and wanted an experience where she had lots of choice. Fortunately I asked her if she had used it when we were chatting 2 months later. She explained that she had tried to book lots of times but there were no slots available. She hadn't wanted to say anything as she didn't want to appear that she was complaining about my gift. I contacted the sound bath company who told me they weren't doing the YUPP sessions any longer and they had not done them since I bought the voucher. At no stage did my hairdresser or I have any communication from Yupp to say the experience I had paid nearly £50 for had been withdrawn. Eventually we got a credit rather than the refund I had requested. I didn't find communication easy. I would say the company is ok if you are buying experiences for yourself, but I would never buy them as a gift as if it goes wrong it's a lot of hassle to sort out and takes the shine off the gift. I do think the onus should be on the company to be proactive and contact the buyer if an experience that has been bought is no longer available.

What could have been a rather dry talk and walk was made truly interesting, informative and entertaining by the leader. Clear commentary, well paced. We learned a lot about great Birmingham people from the past. Well done!

Really enjoyed the evening and enjoyed creating something I was (quite) pleased with. Sophie led the session very well.

Excellent, entertaining historical tour with interesting stories from Kevin, who is a wonderful host, and also from some of the other guests with their own memories.

The guide was enthusiastic and made the tour interesting giving plenty of facts in a varied manner

Fascinating - we learned a lot about Underfall Yard, its history and importance. The knowledge and expertise of the volunteers was impressive.

Yupp is a fantastic brand and have used it many times for different activities.
Most recently silk painting which was such a lovely creative evening. We were complete beginners but created some beautiful paintings. The host was really helpful and welcoming.

A lovely relaxed atmosphere. Steven gave great clear instructions that meant we all left with a tote bag we love! Booking via yuup was super easy, will definitely use the site again.

Event was good, food was excellent, but Lakota's bar was disappointing and had poor choice of beverages. I was driving, and my partner likes a G&T but there was no Gin and no zero % beer available. That meant we left earlier than planned.

Our host was welcoming and friendly. It was a lovely, relaxing workshop. Great way to spend some mum/ son time.
I would recommend this workshop, and we had our own Teranium to take home, to remember the experience.

The tour guide (James) was very engaging, and adapted the pace to suit the participants. He had lots of interesting information and gave generously of his time, with the walk over-running to allow discussion.

Mindful, fun afternoon. Enthused to do more and wish I’d known about this course before! Fab teacher, relaxed environment and small class. Highly recommend.
