Perfume smell on first sniff, great...

Longevity, TERRIBLE.

I bought 24 perfumes in person last week, costing £566 in total, it's fair to say I am extremely disappointed.

The perfumes do NOT last longer than a couple of hours at MAX.

Many of the perfumes I bought I have the originals of, they smell pretty much the same but the longevity is the biggest let down.

Don't waste your money, go to reef, arabian oud or other local shops that specialise in unique fragrances rather than these clones from YB.

I visited the shop in Dubai in person in September 2024 and purchased perfume and once I got home I purchased both perfume and aftershave online for home delivery.
I honestly cannot fault the service at all. From the communication, to the tracking to how the order was carefully packaged and received.
I am SO Happy.
OMG the perfume is exactly like the one that costs so much more.
Please help to get these reviews back to 5* where they should be and ignore any negative reviews. Trust someone (me) who has both been into the shop and had home delivery Dubai - UK

I had a very disappointing experience with YUSUF BHAI ABU DHABI AZ. I ordered two bottles of perfume, but they arrived completely destroyed. Despite contacting the seller via WhatsApp, where they promised a refund, I never received it. The lack of follow-through and poor customer service left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

Ordered 2 bottles from them. After over 1 month of beeing on route the package finally came, when opened 1 bottle was smashed to pieces.

- customer service is non existent.
- the perfume smells nothing like what i ordered.

Feels like a total scam , at least when purchasing online.

Waiting for the refund now.

Sorry but would have made me happy to have A pleasurable Yusuf Bhai experience but for now I refuse to recommend this place as there are plenty of others doing the same thing with more friendly experience

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. It’s been 10 days since I ordered 10 fragrances via there's official website. Yet I have not received any information regarding my shipping tracking number or confirmation. Every time I call them they started with its ready to be dispatched and they only waiting for the courier. Last 2 days I have called there excuse is, it’s been dispatched but when I ask them where is the tracking information they say the dispatch company haven’t send them the tracking number yet. Which doesn’t make sense at all. They think people are stupid. normally when you dispatch something by any courier company they give you an invoice with tracking information. Also in the shopify order tracking app the status of the order have not changed at all it still on order placed since day 1.. when I asked for refund they said order is been dispatched and just waiting for tracking number from Fedex, this people dishonest DO NOT TRUST THEM.. i will be disputing this .. and i will post all the communication between me and them (Yusuf Bhai shop) soon with any updates

Yes he can make any perfume in the world but that won’t last even 5 minutes. Very disappointing.

Just returned to London from Dubai and decided to review YB. I’m a bit shocked by the low star reviews to be honest because my experience has been great for the two times that I have been to his store. I got the dupe Baccarat, YSL Mon Paris and a Dior perfume. 10/10!! It’s so long lasting and the smell is identical I just don’t know how it’s done. I got back at around 10pm last night and sprayed it on my wrist just so my family members could smell it, I woke up at around 11am today and the smell is still there (obviously not as pungent but still very present). Customer service there is so pleasant and there’s often many people in the store which just shows how amazing this place is. This is starting to sound like a promo post but I promise it’s not 😂. I’ve discovered they do international shipping so I will definitely be topping up my collection

Waste off money, the fragrance wears off very quickly. The shop was really busy and apperas deceptively good. The product isn't worth the money in my opinion, stick to the original fragrances

I bought 6 colognes last month, and my honest feedback is that they don't last long. They are pretty weak, and their longevity is almost zero.

Don't waste your money. I have never seen a worse product like them. I ordered an oud for Greatness and spent more than 200 ua and in the end I received nonsense stuff that lasts a maximum of 1 minute. they say they make copy perfume it wasn't even 5% of the original one

I came to this shop and these two men named nour and Hesham were very helpful and patient with me showed me around 20 perfumes everything I asked for and the smells are amazing here. I would definitely recommend asking for these two when you come.

Waste of money, perfume lasts only for 2-3 hrs ,post that not even essence ,it sheer waste of money, original is originals, even a 2k perfume last longer and feels btr

A real scammer and it's been a long time since I came across someone like that

I ordered several perfumes directly on the site, having been put in confidence by all the YouTube videos that only say good things about these copies of perfumes I was not suspicious

after my order I see the bad comments on Reddit and other websites, it makes me panic, I send an email to the customer service saying that I want to cancel my order and be refunded, I'm told that it is not a problem because my order has still not been sent

Some time later I ask where my refund is and they tell me that there is an "error" but that it will be resolved, I send an email a week later asking them where it is and still no answer

Today it is several months later and I still have no news from them

which means that I have not received any refund or my order, so I was robbed of 300 euros that i will probably never see again

All those who promote him on youtube should be ashamed to do that

Bought a few clones of Yusuf Bhai's perfumes. They were nowhere near the original strength for eau de parfum. They didn't even smell correct.

Appalling customer service. The support email on the website does not work. Had to look them up on IG and they kept promising to ship. The promise was never accurate. I asked for a refund. They must have untrained teenagers running customer services or something. Ridiculous.

Bought 2 bottles of perfume. Poorly packed. One bottle was broken & empty.
Tried twice to email to customer services but message returned saying the email address was not in existence.
I then left 3 messages on the website contact form without reply. I would advise people not to use this company based on my experience.
