BUYER BEWARE!!

This company is a complete scam. They show great products online, but when you receive your order, it’s nothing like you thought it would be.

They are disingenuous and will lie to you when you try to return your items. I’ve been going back and forth with them for weeks now via email and now they are just straight up lying to me.

Here is what a customer service rep said to me after I emailed them to request a return (which is their policy by the way):

“Dear customer

Sorry for your inconvenience.
Generally, our products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a major defect.
If there is a minor issue caused during production, we can offer a 25% refund as compensation.
Would this be acceptable to you?
I'm sorry for that.
Yours
Neko”

You can google their return policy and easily see that is absolutely NOT TRUE.

I’m warning everyone I can possibly warn. Do not buy from this company!

WHATEVER YOU DO - AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I saw an ad for a really great shirt and wanted it for a Christmas gift. When it arrived it was not as advertised, terrible quality. I contacted the company with my complaint and after sending pictures to prove the unacceptable condition of the shirt, they offered to send a replacement. Yayyy! It didn’t arrive in time for Christmas and I’m STILL WAITING!!!! It’s now mid February. I’ve emailed Customer Service several times and they keep saying be patient but I think I have been as patient as I can. Meanwhile I’m stuck with a $40 rag. Not happy, do NOT recommend.

I purchased the sweatshirt as a gift for my daughter, and I decided to get one for myself. I wore the sweatshirt to a recent family gathering and it sparked lots of conversations. All positive. I’m ordering one for a cousin. The color is lovely. Great quality overall. True to size..
