Disappointing B2C ServiceThe experience was far from flawless. Communication during the planning phase was inconsistent, and the execution on the day did not meet our expectations. Overall, the service was disappointing and could have been handled much better.

We were quite disappointed with the final outcome. The entire setup didn’t look as expected, and unfortunately, our guests were not impressed with the arrangements.

Youvision completely ruined our special moments. The footage was poorly captured, and both our family and friends were deeply disappointed after watching the videos.Scammers totally.

They took my money and didn’t even give the pictures. I keep calling them, no answer anymore. It’s been 1 whole year! DO NOT BOOK

Extremely disappointed. They took our full payment and completely ghosted us without delivering anything. Do not trust them with your money or your big day.

We initially experienced some issues when our original photographer became unavailable. Although Youvision arranged a replacement, the overall experience was more stressful than we had expected, and the coordination around our event could have been smoother. Communication and organisation did not fully meet our expectations.

Avoid this company.
They overcharged me, failed to provide services I paid for, and communication was appalling. My messages were ignored, I was blocked, and after 11 months of chasing my wedding photos, I only received them after threatening legal action.

What should have been one of the happiest times of my life was overshadowed by unnecessary stress, excuses, and unprofessional behaviour. I would never recommend this company. Now they have even deleted the pictures and video that I paid for!!

Scam amateur company that are fraudulent! I won the court case again them to get my money back as they failed to deliver, they ignored the CCJ as they are fraudulent

Terrible experience and poor service. Pictures were not straight or taken well, they included pictures of the photographer, included fingers and random shots in our wedding album!!! really poor communication and change of attitude once received thw money
