Man muss immer neu kaufen, ewig a lüge

Hatte schon 2023 die premium Version gekauft, nach einem Jahr kann ich nichts mehr laden. Abhilfe Update.
Nach dem Update geht wieder nicht. Muss neue Version runterladen und somit funktioniert der Premium Schlüssel für diese Version nicht mehr. Man muss wieder neu kaufen. Habe die Version 2025 wieder gekauft. Jetzt 2026 genau das selbe!
Volle Abzocke und das Versprechen auf ewig bezieht sich nur auf die Version die damals gekauft wurde.
Einfach nur Abzocke!!!!!!

Failure To Notify

There is no prenotification of an annual charge. The money is just removed. Be careful of doing business with this company. I asked about a refund and there was no reply. They only stated autopay would not happen in the future.

Media Downloader - neben vielen anderen weniger empfehlenswerten Alternativen - unkomplizierter, kostenloser und qualitativ sehr zufriedenstellender Download, auch auf youtube, werbefrei.
Leider ist eine Spende aus Deutschland ohne PayPal oder Kreditkarte nicht möglich.

I've had nothing but issues with their…

I've had nothing but issues with their licence activation program and have had to re-set and reactivate my licence key almost every other day. I recently paid for a full annual subscription only to have them then exclude file format conversion in lieu of an additional charge. In summary, their licence management sucks and they jack up the price on you changing the terms of your subscription after you've paid. YTD turned out to be more of a pain than it was worth.

Guten Tag habe 2020 mehrere Lizenzen (3 für 3 PCs) zum unlimitierten (auch Zeitlich "Unlimited Premium Key for one app" ) Download erworben nach einem Upgrade der Software wird der Download nach ca. 3 Wochen verweigert,ich soll eine neue Lizenz erwerben,so etwas nenne ich Betrug,zwar kommt der Hinweis das weiter ohne das Upgrade geladen werden kann,was aber nicht stimmt. Die letzte Lizenz ist Transaktionsdatum
10.01.2022 " über paypal. Lizenz 2 Unlimited Premium Key for one app (8/29/2020 11:17:55 AM). Lizenz 3 Unlimited Premium Key for one app (2/17/2020 4:19:47 PM) . (Unlimited = not limited or restricted in terms of number, quantity, or extent). Extend = sich erstrecken ,Bedeutung auch Zeitlich jedenfalls laut dicct.cc , also die Lizenzen gelten immer. P.S. Richtig funktioniert hat das ganze nie,ein Teil meiner Downloadliste wurde immer nicht richtig gedownloadet.
