Harry and Enzo
Harry and Enzo have by far restored my faith with recruitment agencies. Their callobarative approach has demonstrated efficient recruitment consultancy skills.
This includes adaptive problem-solving skills, organisation and professionalism. Their friendly demeanour and ability to bridge the gap in communication between the client (hospital) and myself, has resulted in me working in NHS for two consecutive years. It has been a refreshing experience working with this two as they are truly the personification of how a recruitment agency should treat their candidates.
Harry - Easily the most smoothest and efficient recruitment consultant there is. He ethos and trusting nature will reassure you that you're in good hands.
Enzo - His ability to comprehend and take time to understand your queries related to your assignment, is a rarity within itself and I would say is an innate trait for him.

I have been with YWA for about 6 months and I can honestly say that my consultant always has my best interests at heart. Kian Mcevoy always books shifts according to my skills and competencies. And if I ever had any concerns, he always addresses them for me ASAP.

Was referred to Your World by a friend, right from the beginning the whole process was very straight forward. I was lucky to be given 2 amazing consultants (Leyla and Michel) who are constantly on the look out for my preferred shifts which takes the stress away from me having to look multiple times a day. They’re always a quick message away if I need anything :)

As a fresh starter into the agency…
As a fresh starter into the agency world , my helping hand in and out for my registration was made smooth and easy . Whenever I was stuck and stumble Mr. Harry Bennett ( my consultant ) was able to guide me to take my steps without any problem. Harry has a very good communication skill through which he engages clients in a professional manner to get the job done on time . His time management and problem solving skill would be an asset to your world . In work place Harry is popular not only for his professionalism but also for his understanding of everyone’s personal situation and allocate clients in their comfort . Whenever I think of Yourworld I would always think of Harry and thank him for making my experience as I wanted to be . Even in the absence of my consultant there is always some one to deal with our everyday challenges .There is no hassle in pay ,shifts and placement .I thoroughly enjoy working with Yourworld and I would recommend to anyone . The best agency forever .

I’ve been a Nurse with your world for…
I’ve been a Nurse with your world for almost an year and still going happily.
I can only praise them for their hard work for finding shifts when its very difficult to offer, effective communication especially my consultant manager Ben H.and Niamh J consultant. How fast timesheets are managed and the level of professionalism they show each time you hit a query which they’re dedicated in resolving them in no time and very friendly and looking after me. Definitely recommended👍✌️

I m very much pleased with effective…
I m very much pleased with effective communication within the team and good working relationships with my consultant. I can recommend this agency to my friends however, the hourly doesn’t reflect on the living condition and travelling expenses. I think the pay gap between Night Shift and day shifts is unfair. Day shift staff should be pay equally as night staff. It’s a choice to work at night and it doesn’t require a special skills. Thanks.

Been with YW for almost 4 years now. Never had any issues. Special shoutout to my Cons Elliot who have been very supportive and will go an extra mile to help out whenever there’s any issue with booked shifts. Never fails whenever I want to cancel, modify, or book shifts. Wouldn’t disappoint. Mind you though, sometimes available shifts slow down, but so far, hasn’t happened to me more than 2x in a week, but also depends if you pick and choose. Otherwise, amazing agency. All you need if you are in need of shifts.

I have always had a good experience with Your World nursing recruitment, I gave a great consultant Tommy Vale and he always does his very best to ensure I get the shifts I ask for. Tommy is very understanding if I have to cancel my shifts and will always make sure I’m ok.
I can’t think of working with any other agency but Your World!

I have been a nurse with your world for…
I have been a nurse with your world for nearly 5 years. I used other agencies before, but was constantly having to find work myself and had agents that were unapproachable and difficult to speak to. That was until I joined Your World. My agent Gareth has always looked after me. He has found me shifts when I needed and any concerns I may have; he has always listened taken on board and sorted them out in a prompt and professional manner.
He is honest when I have asked he opinion.
I have no intention of ever going to another agency and will continue to keep Your world as my sole and only agency. Thank you everyone at Your World and most of all Gareth.

Especially with my consultant Jacob Wilson. He has been working really hard in making sure I get my shifts on time, getting payment on time.
