thank you for a given star and your story. Like you know, every story has two sides. And here is our side. It is not true that we are not responded to your email. We were sent you an email on Sunday JAN 26 at 10.05 AM with this content (exact copy):
"Hello, Monique
I'm very sorry about this happened. This is not common and is very strange.
The sunglasses were sent directly from our distributor warehouse, so we didn't have insight into the item. I'm going to resolve this issue with our distributor on Monday.
Please send us some detailed pictures of glasses with scratches.
As soon I will have an answer from them I will let you know have we can resolve this problem.
