Alles Gut - mit Chancen der Verbesserung

Das Lager ist gepflegt und sauber und vermittelt das Gefühl der Sicherheit.
Leider funktioniert das Code-Schloss seit mehr als 5 Wochen nicht - trotzdem es bei der Hotline 2x von mir schon gemeldet wurde (was immer Zeit kostet…).
Ein Nice-to-have wäre eine Steckdose irgendwo im Lager zu haben. Ist manchmal praktisch - bzw. hätte ich sie schon das eine oder andere Mal benötigt.

Es freut uns sehr zu hören, dass du mit der Sauberkeit des Lagers zufrieden bist – das ist uns ein wichtiges Anliegen. Gleichzeitig bedauern wir die aktuellen technischen Probleme am Standort und verstehen, dass das ärgerlich für dich ist.

Bitte sei versichert, dass wir bereits mit Hochdruck an einer Lösung arbeiten, um die volle Funktionalität schnellstmöglich wiederherzustellen. In der Zwischenzeit steht dir der Schlüsseltresor wie gewohnt zur Verfügung.

Codes for the entrance not being received on time

We booked a space with an intention to leave our luggages in the early morning before the check-in in our airbnb. We booked through other provider, but the code you need to get in an email, which lets you into the storage needs to be received from the Storebox. We didn’t receive the codes in time (we booked for 9AM and than tried again around 9:30AM approximately). So we left the location of course. I received the codes around 11:30AM later that day, but of course, didn’t need them anymore.
Now the best part:
I managed in the end to get my refunds through the provider that I booked through (even though it wasn’t their fault). However, the only thing that Storebox CS had to say to me is that they cannot influence when the codes will be received so I am not eligible for the refund. So who's fault is it than? Mine or Gmail’s? 😅 I even sent them the emails with the time stamp, while the customer service showed me two lines of their time stamps and they sent in time. My food delivery refunds me money when something is wrong with the order, while this company who's services I didn’t use would like to charge me. Honestly, I was shocked by this and never had an experience like this. Basically - don’t use them, you could loose your time and your money, and they will get on your nerves. Bad customer and technical support.

Dear Nastasja, we regret that your luggage booking did not turn out to your satisfaction. We at Storebox are always trying to help you as quickly as possible with problems regarding your access codes and other technical issues.

We would have been happy to help you immediately on site if you had contacted us straight away.
Unfortunately, you only contacted us when it was already too late.

We would not and could not have been able to help you with your refund concerns, because we are not your contractual partner. Your booking was made via a separate luggage storage provider, which in this case is your contractual partner and manages your payments. We only provided the storage space for the provider.

As you can see in our email, our system sent the emails with the access codes at 08:34 in the morning.

We are of course very sorry about the situation and would like to be able to discuss and resolve your issue in person.
