Lovely modern apartment, quiet and ideal for what we were there for. Service was excellent, always on hand when needed and overall a great stay.

Survice was great all staff were pleasant and polite at all times.

only thing was the room temperature was low and i had ask few times to get its sorted.

No issues at all , from communication, quality and cleanliness of the apartment, very professional, we stayed at The Mercian in Birmingham and I have to say it was outstanding.

YPS has been my first choice for five years when visiting their various locations. The management's luxury hospitality background is evident in the high-end yet reasonably priced apartments. Staying at the Mercian with YPS is consistently memorable, thanks to the building's excellent amenities for relaxation and exploration. The apartments surpass others in quality and the staff, especially Kat and Jai, deliver exceptional service.

The booking and pre-arrival interaction with Yourperfectstay was excellent. However, when we arrived there was no Yourperfectstay representative to meet us even though we had messaged ahead, as requested, and followed that up. The reception person at the Meridian (Moda Group) made it perfectly clear that they had no connection with Yourperfectstay when we sought their assistance to check in, so far from a warm initial welcome after a long journey.
We stayed at the Mercian in a 1-bed apartment: very well equipped and a perfectly adequate size for the two of us. The building functions well. However, be aware that the property images on the website are illustrative and all more luxurious than our apartment.
We were very disappointed that housekeeping had not detected that the shower would only delivery water at the hottest temperature (too hot to use) so we went without showers on the first morning. By day two maintenance had made adjustments and the shower was then usable. The bedroom carpet was very badly stained and we were further disappointed that had not been replaced. Management of the housekeeping team needs to be improved. and it was not clear to us why we, not they, were responsible for emptying the bins and taking them down 26 floors to find the building's waste disposal area.

Absolute top stay, with 5 star hotel like services. To top this off there is great customer service from amazing staff.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The house was so peaceful and had the most lovely ambience — clean, cozy, and beautifully set up. The views were stunning and made every morning feel special. It was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. The host was incredibly kind, communicative, and courteous, making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’d definitely love to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and beautiful getaway!

Great experience, I want to send my regards to the company which provided us with 24/7 customer service. Company is very safe and reliable and helped us out with all our questions and gave us reccomendations on the city center. I would also add the apartments are amazing and some of the best I’ve stayed at in the UK.

Your Perfect Stay was a very good choice.Beautiful views from the 22nd floor with ceiling to floor windows. A very nice building close to the city center and restaurants. An easy bus ride to the very large Bullring shopping mall. It’s even more beautiful than the picture. I would definitely stay there again.
