I attended the How to buy property…
I attended the How to buy property safely in Spain webinar delivered by Your Overseas Home. It was very helpful with lots of good advice provided by Legal Luris. All attendee questions were answered and further details provided. I will certainly be contacting. Both organisations again. Sandy was very knowledgeable about some of the issues buying houses in the EU . Has given me the confidence to continue in my search.
Would have liked to know how you make money out of this as we all need money.
I think it must be like a broker to real estate companies to assist people like myself. Having dealt with a few realtors in Greece it could be useful to get the deal done. However if dealing with private sales a more delicate approach is required. Nothing happens quickly so patience is a virtue in Greece.
