I bought this having read every review but when it arrived inside the instruction booklet it says not to use if on blood pressure medication.
I have contacted them to return it and they offered me £10 refund if I kept it , another one sent free or if I wanted the return address I had to ask again and added that I have to pay the postage to return it .
So bad it’s been 36 hours since I asked for the return details !!!! Let’s see if they reply and send them.
The customer care is run by Ecomgroup team which in reviews I have read say they are scammers.
It’s now day 4 and no response from them at all !!!

After one week of waiting for their return address I have now reported them to Scamwatcher.
STAY CLEAR.
I went through my bank and got a dispute return of all the payment. . That’s definitely worth knowing about.

Unable to return unless you never open the box to try it and save the original packaging that it comes in. REALLY? What kind of guarantee us that? Did try it and it can delivers to your fingers. Totally regret wasting my money

I received my Neck Relax but upon reading the instructions I see it said do not use if you have a Pacemaker. I contacted my Cardiologist to see if I could use it and he said no. I have sent 3 contact requests asking for instructions/address so I can return. No replies!

This is a total scam. I ordered a NeckRelax and it never came. Attempts to reach customer service have been fruitless. 1-855 number to contact will not direct you to a representative. It simply asks you to leave your name and other personal info. I got an email from someone purported to be a rep and said my case was forwarded to a manager who will reach out, but that never happened. I'm getting the credit card company involved because I'm now a theft victim.

We received 2 neck relax products last week. Neither worked properly and have been trying to reach customer service both by phone and email with no success. All we want is return information. Customer service seems to be as challenging as their product

I have just been sent an email with an order form showing all my personal details it is requesting my payment I purchased the neck relax some months ago and it never arrived I was sent a photo of the product being put through my letter box. I have just read all these reviews after receiving my unit after 10 days. It came to me in Wales from China.
Initially it did not work at all. However, on reading the instructions it mentioned moisturising the neck skin first. I then thought, ah it has metal electrode type paddles. So I used my heart rate monitor contact gel to lubricate the two paddles and tried again. It did then work using the TENS/ EMS type stimulation rather than anything physical. I scrolled through all the different settings and power levels and all seemed to be fine. At number 10 power, the muscle contractions/stimulation is quite powerful.
If the manufacturers read this, Please re-phrase your instructions stating that you have to use a proper electro contact type gel for your product to work effectively.

I wish I could give this less than 1 star!! After reading what everyone else has gone though I realized that I got scammed. My story is the same as everyone else. The thing NEVER worked, I submitted a refund request via the web site, I got an initial response saying they were busy and would get back to me, and then silence. Just tonight I tried to submit another request through the web site and now that method of communication doesn't work any longer (it errored out, and the request wouldn't submit). I've learned my lesson, and will wrack this up to a lesson learned.
IT'S A SCAM...DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

I would like to give Neckrelax a minus -5 star review. The product does not work as advertised. They shipped us 3 units in October 2022 even though we only ordered 2. We returned all 3 units the following week and filled out their forms and followed their directions. I received a UPS notice that the 3 units were delivered to the address for the returns dept. and 4 months later, still no refund, no correspondence, nothing from them at all! The phone number I spent an hour digging to find was perpetually busy.....
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

UPDATE: The company responded to my review and said to contact them with order number so they can work this out with me. HA HA HA HA..... I've already done that several times and the link they gave me 'yourneckrelaxofficial.com' is directed to a different company. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Can I give a -5 stars?? This company is ridiculous and I am calling BBB tomorrow. I have had over 20 emails and originally they were refi dong my money. Now they are playing the e-mail game with me saying there is high volume. Such a scam company. Not sure how they live with theirselves.

DO NOT BUY. TOTAL SCAM. Unfortunately did not read reviews before I purchased. Does not work at all. There is no customer service. No clue how they are still in business after all negative reviews.

So far not happy I ordered 2 and only received one and cannot get a hold of anyone at the company for a refund so we’ll see.

This unit does not work. I am trying to return it but I am getting the run around...the company is doing anything they can to avoid giving me return information.

Cheaply made and does not work. I do not recommend this device.

Order placed, money taken from my Visa account. Delivery delayed, then order cancelled due to lack of product. On a positive note, money was refunded to my Visa within 1 day.
I will not attempt to buy from this company again.

Ordered this product for my wife's birthday. Took it out of the box yesterday, put the batteries in and......nothing. Does NOT work. I contacted "customer support" via the website with my order number and supplied my email address. Received an email back saying they could not find any previous purchase with the info they have and I should reply to that email with my full name and email address (which they already have!) Have yet to hear back from anybody. Wish I would have read reviews first. Purchased product for a gift. Inserted batteries and then tried to make it work. Husband got a nasty shock when choosing mode 5. Decided it was not the product for us but then couldn't open the battery compartment. Trying unsuccessfully to date (since 1 November) to request instructions to return for a refund. Customer service keeps stalling and telling me I need to video how we are trying to get the battery compartment open. All I want is my money back! Order Number 2219868515

Took out of box, put new batteries, nothing. Does nothing as advertised. Another online purchase which does nothing. No phone number to talk with real person. Didn't know about extravagant shipping cost until order went thru. No shipping cost refunded I need to pay for shipping. No return info contained not even of package.
