I couldn't recommend Zak and his team more. He has been with us every step of the way, proactively guiding with the process. He managed quickly all necessary steps without us having to chase him on absolutely anything at all. He found the mortgage that was tailored to our needs and till the very end, he constantly and truly looked for a better price for us, which in fact generated more pressure for him and he saved us loads in monthly payments. An excellent service and very pleasant to work with too.

Zak is just about the best in this business. Didn't push me to take on products just for the sake of getting me to purchase but would take time to explain the advantages of each product.

I was very unsure and nerves about looking into getting a house, as a first time buyer I didn't have any idea where to start.

I contacted your mortgage manager about changing our mortgage provider, Zak looked after us from the start visiting us at our own home to go through our options, only a couple of days later and he came back to us with a new mortgage offer that saved us a few hundred pounds a month on what we was paying, the whole process was very easy and all sorted out within a month. Very happy customer here and 100% recommend these guys to anyone.
