Removed lock from the door before checking to see if he had the parts. Despite confirming twice before he arrived what the issue was.
Once he had the part he told me the price was £250, I confirmed several times this was the TOTAL price but given the lock was off the door I felt I had to go with it.
Once the job was completed he brought the invoice to me and it was £300 I asked why and he would only say including labour. I said several times that we had confirmed the price but again I felt I had to pay.
I have lodged a complaint with the company but would not use again.

They charged me double the quoted price without saying anything, without even opening my door for me. He looked at the lock and told me it was impossible and tried to charge me more than double to drill it, even after I explained the lock over the phone and said I didn't want to have it drilled, as I'm just a tenant, after calling them and asking why i was charged extra they told me that it was for 'labour' I then asked what labour he didn't do anything other than walk into the building to look at my front door and they told me there must of been a communication error (not sure how there could be as he pulled out the card machine and set it at that price, also on another note his card machine was completely black without and indication to say how much I would be paying bigger fool me for trusting him, when i brought it up to him he told me it was for 'night' charge but the person on the phone had included that in the initial quote. so anyway when i called them they) told me they would need a manager to issue a refund (this was after a few calls that they hung up on me not willing to deal with me) and he would call me in 15-20 minutes, this was at 10 i then recalled them at 12, 3,4:30 and 5:30 which they told me the same thing, I then was only offered a refund after threating to take them to small claims court, they're clearly scam artists that aren't even willing to provide me with a recipt or service, or anything to comfirm the refund, I am still waiting on this refund and will be calling my bank if i haven't recieved comformation by tomorrow as they have ensured me it will be done by the end of the day.

One of the worst locksmith ever. They gave a different price on the phone and when he arrived, total different price just for opening the door in 2 seconds, not some tricky lock, just normal lock.
Total scams special when someone is in need, then they use their tactics. Avoid at every cost.

Took one look at the lock and told me that the lock was impossible to pick and wanted to charge double the quoted amount to drill instead (even though I explained the type and make of the lock over the phone beforehand). Extremely incompetent. He told me that he was going to "blacklist" our house so we wouldn't be able to get it fixed. I called another locksmith who came and picked the lock within the hour. Stay well away from this company!
