I ordered some cat food and have didn't receive the goods. Payment has been taken from my bank account. I tried to use the form on the website but it doesn't work. I have received no email from the address. This is a SCAM and the good reviews prior do not reflect this business.
Scam website they will let you place an order then you wont hear anything, no confirmation email, no response to any contact. Their website has a WhatsApp number on which is invalid. I have reported the website and the bank are getting my money back. AVOID
One star should be zero. Bought a bottle of rum fof xmas. Got nothing atall. They haven't used whatsapp since november. Do not answer emails. Avoid. Big scam.
Think all positive reviews are fake or paid for. BEWARE
Unfortunately a 0 star rating is not available . I paid £179.76 to this company on 14th Oct for some wine. I have not received the goods that I have paid for and despite attempts to contact the company by email , texts and calls to 01977 314375 (never answered) the goods have not arrived. No reponse or explanation has been given so I can only assume I have been scammed
Ordered vapes. No confirmation. Chased via email and text on several times. They said they didn't have them offered an alternative. I asked for a refund and didn't hear from them again. Will have to contact my bank.
I have to change my review from negative to positive. I was about to contact my bank when this shop contacted me and explained they were understaffed. From then they quickly shipped and added an extra for the trouble. The shop has good prices so I may buy again from them knowing it may take long..

Terrible service. Ordered items online and received payment confirmation. The items never came. I spent weeks chasing this company up and got completely ignored. I was left with no choice but to approach my bank and recall my payment. Luckily I got my money back, thanks to my bank. But I would never use this company again after the lack of communication. I would advise people to AVOID this company at all costs. They will gladly take your money but leave you without your items and without any contact.

Really great selection of goods and the communication was lovely. They included a few free gifts for me too which was very kind, and the delivery was fast. Can't recommend these guys enough.

The staff were friendly and helpful in the Featherstone Store. It was clean and tidy and well stocked. Everything u need in a local store. The store also are great in the community and sponsor the Featherstone lionesses girl's under 14's rugby league team
Brilliant business, they sponsor my daughters local rugby team and is always willing to help the community, the shop has everything you could ever want, every type of product you could ever need also really friendly staff when you visit the shop
