Don't turn up for ages, I can't log into account..you are quick to respond to account problems but when you were up and running again I had no services on there. My windows were meant to be done every 8 weeks, you randomly send someone about 12 weeks after? We have camera footage the windows were cleaned within 20 seconds out the front, and the back he walked into the garden, stared then buggered off. 3 emails today from 3 different people AND TEXTS demanding payment. Not happening. Poor service.

Graeme did a great job cleaning our windows—punctual, thorough, and streak-free. Professional and friendly throughout. Highly recommended.

I told this company I no longer wanted their service as the only way I knew my windows had been cleaned was a card through the door. My windows still had marks etc , I even sent them photos. I had no response.this was 2 years ago.every so often they still turn up squirt some water at windows for 5 mins then send a stream of emails for payment. They never respond to my emails. For the last 2 years I have had an excellent, genuinely local window cleaner I’m very happy with. I am reluctant to give bad reviews, but this company need to sort themselves out.

I have seen your reply. I have spoken to you and your operatives before and got the same reassurance that my details had been removed from your system. Dosnt work though does it. So not bothering again

Great window cleaners, Joshua in particular is a good grafter and always has a smile. He always lets us know when he'll be around, and also when the job is done.

The window cleaning itself was fine. Had them cleaned once and was scheduled for 4 weekly. They text 3 weeks later to say they would clean them again the next day. No way to cancel. He arrived, cleaned the windows and left the gate wide open, didn’t close it so the back of the house had been accessible all day. Trying to cancel is a full time job. Four emails and texts later, I finally managed to cancel the service. They deliberately make it difficult as there is no option to cancel via your online account and you can’t cancel the direct debit as it isn’t set up as such. I would avoid.

Five stars for Hollie, Ellis and Chris in the office. Your customer care is absolutely brilliant. You have been, helpful, curteous and kind to myself. I made a few phone calls to yourselves and each time you were all so pleasant. It is lovely to be able to speak with a human these days, so well done Your Local. ⁹Do not use this company, they are a scam. They didn't clean half the windows, and did a poor job on the rest. We have been trying to cancel their services, but they won't let us cancel until we pay for the previous "cleaning" and the only payment method is Apple Pay, but we don't have Apple devices. The only option is to catch them when they turn up and give them cash, but they don't tell us when they will be here so we have to guess! This can't be legal.

Edit: the contact number provided in the response below just rings for a while and then cuts off, don't think anyone is even staffing the line

Your Local have taken 2 payments of £18, so total of £36, from my credit card despite me cancelling the service on their old portal and not signing up to their new account!
From other reviews this appears to be a regular problem and I will be reporting the payments to my credit card company if they fail to refund following an email I have sent.
Don’t sign up to these as they appear to take very little notice when you cancel your account or keep your gates locked.

Continually harassing my home. Visited numerous times in the last few weeks and months with pushy sales tactics. I always say no. I work night shifts so need my day sleep. Yesterday they came 3x times in one day, sending different staff with more sales tactics. 3x in one day is a violation. I’ve told them numerous times to stop coming back and they keep returning. Further yet, disturbing my sleep from my night shifts. Even me telling them I’ll call authorities doesn’t change anything

I want to cancel subscription which i didn't want at all first!! You have my card details i reported it as lost and even this was you took the money. Service for windows was rubbish. Those "window" cleaners were scammers who knocked on my door. Sent this company few emails regarding taking my details down and closing the account. No success at all. Going to contact the bank!
