I ordered something that was supposed to be $8.00 for pain and I got charged $239.99 and as soon as I tried to go back in and cancell it everything went away. I couldn't find my oder at all. I got no confirmation order anywhere. I did not receive anything . I tried to call the number that was listed from the transaction on my bank but all I got was a message to leave a number and they would return my call. Never happened. EVER! About six weeks later I got an envelope in the mail with 3 capsules, no instructions, nothing. A return address that was a place like a ups store. I filed a claim with my bank and they refunded my money and then turned around two months later and took it back and said they could find no credible evidence that it was fraud because I could not prove it. I would not buy a thingfrom this company. I live on a budget that made overdrawn my account.

I am very sorry for this review. I did a very deep dive into the Good Health Company that I received the program, as I found a piece of paper that I had written down there address on. It was located here in the United States. Once Again please accept my deepest apologies.

The capsule were easy to order and arrived in good time. I have found a difference in my hair and my skin. Also notice some difference in joints as they don't seem to be as painful as they have been.

Ordered 2 kilos of collagen, the order was delivered while no one was home I never gave authority to leave and as it was an expensive product I assumed it would require signature to authority to leave from my part, unfortunately the parcel was left visible from the street (based on the proof of delivery pictures) and it went missing. As soon as I returned home and noticed the parcel was missing I contacted the delivery company who told me they'll contact the sender for a refund then I was ghosted regardless on my multiple enquiries when I finally heard back from the delivery company and the seller they kept bouncing the ball one saying that the other company was responsible and then I was told by the seller that it's been too long since the delivery and they didn't refund, replace or at least offered a discount to place a new order, very frustrating, disappointing, and expensive negative experience with this company regardless of me showing proof that the problem was notified within the time frame they just ghosted me again. Reading some reviews it wouldn't surprise me that this company makes money stealing from costumers using this strategy and even the proof of delivery pictures could be fake just placing the item for the pictures and then the parcel is taken by themselves.

September 10-47.94

I did not get any thing for the 2 charges.
Please refund for the 2 months I was charged

Absolutely excellent product. I have ulcerative colitis and the bio cultures in the Daily Skin Biotics really do make a significant difference. Customer service is excellent. Package always arrives very quickly. So thank you 😊

Good and satisfied

I recommend that you don't shop online. My order in December was almost $300. Your Good Health accepted the order and charged my credit card, but I haven't received my order. I have tried calling, but the phone number is out of service. I'm working class...not a lot of money. I thought I would take advantage of the their Black Friday sale, instead I got taken advantage of. Really disappointed....

Helps me relax and drift to sleep

The purchase was quick and simple, but can't comment on the product yet, far too early

I’ve been using the Collagen Mixed berries powder for a year now. I’ve found my skin is much brighter and my nails are stronger. I also take a vitamin C daily which I think help as well. The Collagen powder dissolves easily and tastes good too. I’m 61 years old but I’ve been told I look more early 50’s so must be doing something right lol.
The only think I would change is the packaging. The product comes in a large tub which only fill’s a quarter of the tub, a refillable pouch would be good and save on plastic.

Already noticing little things, for example my nail growth, my hair seems better and healthier looking and overall I’m feeling good taking these supplements. The only thing I would say, if I could change anything, would be the packaging. The outside box is nice but the packaging on the actual tub inside is literally like a printed piece of apart that’s glued onto the plastic pot, it looked like it had just been chucked on quickly with a pritt stick and it would-be nice if the scoop had a little clip or attachment like with the baby powders do just to save powdery fingers and putting my fingers in the mixture to get it.

Overall, lovely product and I’m looking forward to my collagen journey with this company

I never received my order, complained 3 times through 3 different channels and was ignored all 3 times.

I have a few issues with the item I purchase on a regular basis. I would like to comment on how long it takes for the item to be delivered with Evri, it takes a week from purchasing to being delivered. The tub is large but it is only a quarter full, lasting only 2 weeks.

Didn’t even get my parcel and you guys don’t seem to care which is a joke I won’t be ordering nothing again
